High strangeness Or Normal events?

Hmm, I'm not sure but there might be some high strangeness happening in my bedroom. 3 incidents thus far this year

1) Picture frame on the wall moved by itself. I was watching a horror tv show at the time, on one of those tense scenes, I saw it moving (readjusting itself). Thought the timing was interesting but didn't think more of it.

2) Same scenario as above except this time a painting fell from the wall. Again, hmmm, thought interesting timing.

3) Was asleep, was having a sort of nightmare and something came crashing down in my room. Again, the timing stood out to me.

Now, I'm like, ok, maybe I need to take note! Hopefully there are no ghosts lurking around! :(

I don't know Luke. Another possibility is that maybe you are moving the objects unconsciously? That would explain why they shifted when you were tense. It's been documented that some of the most extreme cases of poltergeist were produced by the unconscious of a subject, usually a girl in puberty (not trying to imply anything there).

Has this happened to you anywhere else or at any other point in your life?

Yeah, if I remember correctly it can also happen if there is an inner emotional conflict or something that has to do with unbalanced sexual energy (which as we know from Gurdjieff, doesn't necessarily has to do with sex). Nope, not happened anywhere else. Only other time in my life that may count is when I was super young but as always, it's hard to tell as you never have the benefit of a replay button. And even in those younger years, it was not stuff falling over, more like just being at one place then another e.g. Stepping onto a road, realising you are directly in the path of a speeding car, then next point of cognition is being on the side of the road. Hard to tell, what happened between seeing the car and being on the side of the road? That kind of thing.
