A fascinating series of photographs of early twentieth century Romania (costumes, portraits of peasants, towns all over the country, monuments, etc) edited for a book published in 1933 in Leipzig, with a preface by Octavian Goga. Photos are made ​​mostly of Romulus Vuia, ethnographer.
