here!Hi Beorn, because this is the only place I know of where I can ask a question like that. There's a lot of people here, and I'm hoping there's someone I can talk to about this.Hi Petra, that is an interesting question. Is there a reason why you're asking?
Hi Arwenn, I'm sorry but my English is not good, I don't know my way around. Thank you for the warning.Hi @Petra, it’s great that you decided to join the forum. We ask all new members to post an introduction over in the Newbies section- nothing too personal , just a bit about yourself, any of Laura’s books that you’ve read & how you found this forum.
A warmhere!
Hello Ivanb, I am aware of this possibility, I am asking about the higher level of this communication. It is really different and much more understandable.Hello. That is certainly possible. Many people who work with horses learn to communicate beyond spoken language. The next step is understanding body language, as horses are highly skilled at communicating this way. It is up to us to learn their body gestures and how to convey our intentions through our own gestures toward them. Additionally, with time and experience, subtle and not so subtle, yet clear horse sounds can be expressed and understood by both horses and their wranglers or owners. These communication sounds include neighs, snorts, sighs, whinnies, nickers, grunts, squeals, screams, and more, once one learns to identify them. Furthermore, very subtle forms of communication, such as "whispering" and even psychic communication, can be developed, assuming the horse is healthy and the person cultivates that rare gift with practice.
Hi Petra, it’s not a warning but an encouragement to introduce yourself so we can get to know you better.Hi Arwenn, I'm sorry but my English is not good, I don't know my way around. Thank you for the warning.
Oh, I thought you might of had a horse. For sure you can talk about it here. I have a whippet, I call her a little horse because her paws sound like thunder when she runs. She doesn't talk very often. I find communication comes through the subconscious, and we can hear if we listen, sometimes. I haven't spent a lot of time with horses but I know they are known for having an affinity with humans. I think that communication is possible, and probably natural. In our current state we seem to be disconnected from those around us.Hi Beorn, because this is the only place I know of where I can ask a question like that. Hello Petra. Yes, it is possible. Horses along with other animals are naturally psychic, and humans, for the most part, do not match this level of awareness. However, if one is inclined to develop that ability, honing this skill around animals could be beneficial and rewarding. Horses are good teachers if carefully observed, and with time, one can learn to communicate in this way in addition to conventional methods. I do not know whether you are exposed to horses or have some knowledge of how to be around them, so I will add that you should first learn how to be safe around them. Good luck, all the bestHello Ivanb, I am aware of this possibility, I am asking about the higher level of this communication. It is really different and much more understandable.
I use deepl, sometimes it's hard to translate. It also changes the meaning of words. That's why I'm afraid of misunderstandings.Hi Petra, it’s not a warning but an encouragement to introduce yourself so we can get to know you better.
No pressure, see how you go! We have many non-English speaking members & using an online translator such as DeepL might help.
Hello, I think horses understand us a lot more than we think. Ivanb above wrote about what is common knowledge. I think horses understand what is going on around them, just like humans do. That they understand what we say, not just the tone of speech, but the words.Hello @Petra, what is the reason for the question?
