Cocoa & raisins experiment results
I consumed about 20-120grams of cocoa every day, for years now, as described in the chocolate recipe in one of the above posts. Now i discovered that the majority of my heart palpitations and stomach-clenching pain, sudden notions of "Ugh, in the next moments i will collapse in a cardiac arrest", etc.. were caused by snacking on cocoa. Worst was the effect, when the raisins in the melted chocolate-cream [in jar] began fermenting and reacted chemically. This stuff created a stomach lining killer mix, my discomfort was greatest after consuming them. Trade-off was the sugar-high, they gave for the brain.
Now with the new diet i made new recipe:
- lemon juice
- xylitol
- Ceylon cinnamon: possibly elevated FRV-food, grows in Shri Lanka, only one place on Earth..
- quality mineral water, lowest on fluoride, no arsenic
Drinking this mix instead of eating my chocolate i discovered that my stomach settled. I had no heart palpitations or stress-related collapse fears on the bus anymore. No more heart-palpitation problems at night. Generally my heart has become much stiller and me more calm.
Very interesting for so long i had a "best information for fit brain" and swallowed poison in form of chocolate. Even thrown out a whole jar as it got mildew, so following the advice of one forum member. I still have a big sack of expensive Dutch cocoa sitting on the shelf, planning to give it away as gift. Thrown out the raisins long ago.
Today i looked around in the great METRO storage-Mall, the majority of produced food there, stacked 6 meters high, are poison. Watched people hauling them away in big carts. Suddenly i was startled to discover with my new eyes, that they looked very sick, bloated, skin-discolored, pale unhealthy, their movement [motor control] unsteady, stuffing poison into their bodies. Our Public Health system is awaiting them with open arms to offer treatments and put slave-chains around their necks for eternity.
