I love sun tanning, it makes me feel really awesome.
Just wondering, why does it make you feel really awesome and how?

I like to lay out with coconut oil on and get nice and warm and feel my blood pumping.. I get a little pink on the first few bakes of the season but after that I just go golden. Today was 21°C and I laid out for an hour. As it gets hotter I will decrease the amount of time I spend.
Thoughts anyone???
Personally I would have better things to do than laying in the sun, nonetheless rest is needed of course and maybe also some sun bathing from time to time.
Sorry, I should have elaborated.
I've been tanning for about 10 years in spring only. I use the time to meditate. I have a busy mind that doesn't settle easily and I find that the sun really helps me relax into a space just for me where I don't have to worry about being or doing anything. If I stay out too long I will become lethargic but I've found a balance and learned to read when I've had enough and get a energy boost, instead of feeling tired for the rest of the day. It helps my mood and balances my emotions, this probably has a lot to do with the meditation and general time out from being a busy mumma. My digestion is better when I've had sun, and I can think a bit clearer.
I walk almost every day for half an hour to and hour but it's not the same. I use the walking time for thinking and planning family life.
This year the sun tanning time has picked me up from a slum I was in after having a baby last year. I still get up to my daughter a few times at night but I feel more rested and relaxed with sun time. I usually have quiet time when she is asleep in the day to meditate or just chill out and be still but there is something about doing it in the sun that makes a big difference to me.
I get a bit depressed when it's cold or cloudy for days on end so the arrival of nice weather to lay around in is very welcomed.
