Hi everyone, I have a kind of burning restlessness inside me lately and would just like to share some thoughts and ask questions.
I've just been reading The Wave again (up to chapter 47 now) and all throughout the series there have been endless accounts of ufo sightings, insane synchronicities, fourth density bleedthroughs, near death experiences and generally just crazy situations.
Yet none of this has yet happened to me, and even channelling itself is completely alien and unknown in the area that I grew up at least. Everyone I've ever met seems to be firmly locked in the matrix, nobody considers ghosts, astrology etc, in fact nobody even believes in a god or any higher power in the universe. I don't remember experiencing anything out of the ordinary apart from one out of body experience 2 years ago, and my sole drive to learn about these things just seems to come from a thirst for knowledge within. I have still yet to experience anything truely weird.
However in the wave series these events are pretty much commonplace among all the exciting adventures and drama that Laura and the group experience. They seem to get daily reminders of the reality outside of the matrix, whereas currently I am basically putting my faith into this fourth way idea, basing major life decisions around ideas that I have only read in books. I am slowly applying what I have learned to my life (getting rid of old girlfriend, father, and a couple of friends) but have yet to see any results or meet anyone new, though this could be because of anticipation and wanting my life to change.
I recognise that we get opportunities to apply our information and learn even from the most mundane situations, just sometimes I wish there was some kind of epic quest instead of waking up every day to do boring university work and talk to the same people about boring every day thimgs. The battles of STO vs STS are fought very differently in real life than they are in the stories, it's much more dull here.
Maybe it's because I'm young or maybe I'm simply getting bored with ordinary human life, who knows. Either way I have no choice but to keep reading and learning, so I'll just do that and hope for the best :) .
How has it turned out for those of you further along the path, have your lives drastically changed or has it remained just as ordinary as before? What kind of confirmation have you recieved that you're on the right path?
