How to fight parasits?

I read the transcript of July 18 about parasites and maybe I have missed it, 'cause I couldn't enter forum for a long time (for tehnical reasons). but I can't find a way how we can fight parasites, what to do to blow them up?Food is not enough... so can someone be so kind and help me with this.... thank you....
