Huge relationship problem at work, advice welcome

About Agile method it work if you have the confidence of all members I think.

About the contractor, he now try to manipulate me by being friendly with me and making me guilty if he's fired. He take the train with me to go back home. Advice welcome if someone have a trick to have an excuse to take another train.

Even if we feel that we don't have control over what is happening to us , we have control over how we respond to it. No doubt easily said than done. Probably you want to read 'sheeps clothing' for some coping techniques instead of feeling immobilized. Also, you may want to do REDIRECT exercises on the situation and you may want to read the cognitive sciences thread related to redirect and adaptive unconscious.
 
He is fired!

First of all, Managers ( unless one is impulsive ) won't fire/Judge any new employee/consultant with out watching over some time and building up a case against any body( how ever stupid/incompetent they are ). If he does, he has to justify his own recruiting mechanism and his credibility will be at stake. so the guy getting fired in 4 months are natural progression of events.

You was only wrong about the delay seek10 ;). I hope there will be no next stage soon. :rolleyes:
