Me, too; I remember seeing either that or some older video with gliding a few years ago. It looks like so much fun, but then, it seems just a tiny bit dangerous, and there's not enough incentive in the world for me to risk broken bones. I wonder how many HE'S broken.

A different breed indeed! I had many dreams of body gliding in my younger daze, though I've never been able to try it. If there were no one dependent on me, I would probably try it now, at least once. I did the parachuting and plane gliding thing in '81. Funnily enough, it was a bit boring to think about doing that more than once though.

I first saw a video similar to this back in '06. I wanted to do this so bad and the HALO jump. Both were quite expensive though... about US$3,600 not including travel to the site and accommodations (that's more expensive than crack :P)

That's cool. I didn't realize you can get so much horizontal distance in those suits. I wouldn't mind paragliding, there's pretty cool tricks you can do.
