Jedi Master
To my dearest ladies and gents of the Cassiopaea group,
After staying up all night with myself, I have finally taken the plunge and started making some serious changes to my current way of life,
All my efforts up untill now have been half assed and lazy. (whether due to programming or more than likely my diet I'm not so sure) I have been stuggling eliminating gluten and milk products but due to a series of syncronicities I have started coming into some decent, legitimate money these days (Thank God I'm not dealing drugs any more) and finally have the motivation after my recent appiphany to pre prepair lunches for work meaning no more Schnitsal burgers!!. And an extra thankyou so much to the Admin team here, especially Laura for being blunt saying I'd better get my act into gear if I want actually fix the issues I'm constantly having to waste time and energy on. (Not in those words of course Anart....) :)
I have ordered a variety of supplements to start trying which I'm going to write below and would love to hear any comments I am still new to this research so I really would love as much input as possible so I dont make any serious errors. As it stands this is really an experiment to try and discover what works for me, I have had some abnormalities with my liver for quite some time and doctors have failed to provide anything usefull to resolve this (probably due to ignorance on thier part).
-I have ordered some Milk Thistle powder and some empty vegitable cellulose based capsules to put it in, which I plan on starting with 500mg's and working up. (I cant find anything saying that vegetable cellulose is bad for you even though I realise it has a starch content) it is an easy delivery method but I'm open to other suggestions.
-I have ordered a Calcium & Magnesium Citrate powder which I can just disolve in water with some freshly squeezed lemon juce going to start at 4.5grams of the powder which is 400mg Mg and 400mg Calcium (I still dont know what they use for filler but its gluten free so its a start!)
waiting to check on my funds bfore anything else but I'm looking at potassium, asorbic acid (Vitamen C) and vitamen D. I'm hoping to get most of the rest out of my foods now that I'll be eating decent meals. I am also looking at getting some golden seal root bark to assist in my bodies repair of the severe flouride damage from the past years but am yet to know how much to take.
Further more, I have had dandriff for for years and never been able to get rid of it untill I found natural Hemp oil based shampoo (excellent product)
Then the foods which I already have but fail to use regularly untill now; Flax Seed Oil, Spirulina and Chia Seeds.
Hopefully this is a start, I honestly have no excuse for taking this long to get onto this as I have been a member of the forum for a couple years but I was dormant due to alot of the information here being quite ahhh "different" for lack of a better word :) and it never quite spiked my interest as much as the other things I was exploring Rieke, crystal work and I got really lost into the whole strawman thing for sometime.
So thankyou so much team for all of your assistance, I will keep you posted of my progress and I couldn't have done it with out you.
(should I have put this in the diet and health section?)
