Paranoia lol and other emotional difficulties, sorry about that, additionally i didn't like the perspective i was developing, it was too depressing and negative, general emotional difficulties would probably be the best answer to your question.

I returned now because i just happened to, i'm not all that organised in what i do on the internet, i just drift across, reading or studying anything that interests me at the time.

So, with the above in mind, the thread is retained without MRA's input.

I feel like i'm short of time, it goes by so fast on me, i don't get much done in the way of learning due to my mental condition and health condition, when i need to learn everything abolsutely everything and i can't do it fast enough or have the ability to learn that well...

Let me share the precious gem with you..

You see the point is not to understand everything, but to understand something. And then, when we understand something - to apply it. Sometimes it takes years before we learn to apply these things that we already understand. Only then, perhaps, we will be able to understand the next thing.

Does anyone know how british high court works?

This might be your first goal, for example - go and do your homework. You live in the system - you might want to know at least the basics of it.
