Important email

I sent an important email though the Sott.net email address last evening. The query was directed to Sott and Laura. The nature is somewhat personal, but potentially very catastophic. I want to know that the Sott team, or Laura have seen the email and to return a reply that they have at least read it. This is an urgent request. Would appreciate confirmation of someone here having read the email.
