3D and 4D are physical realms and soul is from non physical realm. It is painful in physical realms but it is faster to learn the lessons than in non-physical realms. If the soul's purpose is to learn lessons and knowing physical realm is temporary, it can choose to incarnate in 3D.

As you wrote in your intro I think it is generally important to continue to read or start to read Lauras Wave Series, since there she answers many questions. Besides there is also an online reading workshop which started just a few days ago where the Wave is being read. But I could think that reading is faster and the content is so good that you cannot wait another week till it continues .

Regarding your initial question eventually, you mean the following excerpt?

October 22, 1994
A: …Now, as you advance to the fourth level of density which is coming up for you, you must now make a choice as to whether to progress to Service-to-Others or to remain at the level of Service-to-Self. This will be the decision which will take quite some time for you to adjust to. This is what is referred to as the “thousand year period”. A: They do.

A: That is their intention. That has been their intention for quite some time. They have been traveling back and forth through time as you know it, to set things up so that they can absorb a maximum amount of negative energy with the transference from third level to fourth level that this planet is going to experience, in the hopes that they can overtake you on the fourth level and thereby accomplish several things:
1. Retaining their race as a viable species
2. Increasing their numbers
3. Increasing their power
4. Expanding their race throughout the realm of fourth density.
To do all of this they have been interfering with events for what you would measure on your calendar as approximately 74 thousand years. And they have been doing so in a completely still state of space-time traveling backward and forward at will during this work. Interestingly enough, though, all of this will fail.
Q: (L) How can you be so sure it will fail?
A: Because we see it. We are able to see all, not just what we want to see. Their failing is that they see only what they want to see. In other words, it’s the highest manifestation possible of that which you would refer to as wishful thinking. And, wishful thinking represented on the fourth level of density becomes reality for that level. You know how you wishfully think? Well, it isn’t quite reality for you because you are on the third level, but if you are on the fourth level and you were to perform the same function, it would indeed be your awareness of reality. Therefore they cannot see what we can see since we serve others as opposed to self, and since we are on sixth level, we can see all that is at all points as is, not as we would want it to be.

What needs to be kept in mind: The channel itself was established in 1994 and continued from then on to improve and not all information was always 100 % correct. Because other people at the board or in the room could also influence the information that was coming through and especially at the beginning. With that, it is generally important to read the Wave with Laura's comments.

As the C's would say all there is are lessons and maybe many souls chose to experience these. As seek10 wrote, it is tough to be here in 3D, but you have in theory a chance to grow faster here.

That was the session, so essentially if nobody decided to incarnate into those bodies that are being bred all the humans that are bred there has no use as they are not alive?

I don't think there is any shortage of consciousness wishing to incarnate and have an experience here on earth. 7.5 billion and counting! I think even your questions contain assumptions, and anticipate a certain scenario. Correcting that with simple answers is difficult.

Most of these hyper-dimensional questions are answered in the Wave series. And to a certain extent in the transcripts. It takes a lot of reading and study, but I think it is the only way to get the true context of the answers to these questions. If you are reading and studying the aforementioned, and have questions, then it would be easier to help you.

Fear is some thing that will be there if 4D STS exist or not. Fear is a information or signal that we can use to look to understand the reality and improve ourselves. without that signal, we may not have important feedback mechanism to learn ( gather information, validate it, look for improvements). As a 5D soul, we all have absolute freedom to come to 3D or not.

It looks you are assuming that we don't have a protection against the 4D STS induced fear. But the forum is about it "Knowledge Protects, Ignorance endangers" . It is hard, not easy for most of us, but that is where we build our muscles.

This reminds me the quote "Necessity is the mother of invention".

You could also have a look at Dabrowski's Positive Disintegration too. I've stolen the blurb from Amazon because it explains it so much better than I could.

Kazimierz Dabrowski refers to his view of personality development as the theory of positive disintegration. He defines disintegration as disharmony within the individual and in his adaptation to the external environment. Anxiety, psychoneurosis, and psychosis are symptoms of disintegration. In general, disintegration refers to involution, psychopathology, and retrogression to a lower level of psychic functioning. Integration is the opposite: evolution, psychic health, and adequate adaptation, both within the self and to the environment. Dabrowski postulates a developmental instinct—that is, a tendency of man to evolve from lower to higher levels of personality. He regards personality as primarily developing through dissatisfaction with, and fragmentation of, the existing psychic structure—a period of disintegration—and finally a secondary integration at a higher level. Dabrowski feels that no growth takes place without previous disintegration. He regards symptoms of anxiety, psychoneurosis, and even some symptoms of psychosis as the signs of the disintegration stage of this evolution, and therefore not always pathological.

There are multiple reasons for this and multiple storylines to the Lizzy/Human interplay. Lizzies are not infallable, they can be defeated. High level humans can accellerate the release of the entrapped humans in such a negative environment. They can also gain extrodenary amount of data that the Lizzies have thus advancing the human consciousness. We can learn a lot from Lizzies since they are very intelligent, it is just their motives are self serving. Greater the suffering greater the increase in knowledge.
