I was watching SOTT Earth Changes Summary - June 2015 and at 04:32 it is mentioned that electrifying noctilucent clouds shimmer over western Europe, caused by meteor smoke in the upper atmosphere.
That got me thinking. Launching rockets nowadays to deliver satellites to space and goods to ISS is becoming too much of a game of chance. What if the agency has luck, then these (more than usually) electrified clouds might not cause an electric discharge - think about a spark at a Gas station - and the rocket doesn't explode or its remote guidance system or the engine-control circuit doesn't get fried and the rocket safely arrives to the destination. Failure reports are increasing.
As conditions worsen, we may witness spacecrafts dropping like flies in the future.
When its raining in your yard and the wind is blowing, you see sheets of rain mixed with "steamy" water vapor swirling around. Now imagine a dividing line cutting your yard in half - rain and steamy mist is blown through the other side of the divide - and be that line a border separating 3rD from 4thD:
I had an idea, what if 'sheet-rain'-style waves of EM-current are coming through the 4th Density---///---3rd Density border? Like the radiation storms punching through Earths Van Allen belts during a solar flare? Those EM currents (any fallout from 4thD storms, wars, Wave components, etc..) maybe are frying rocket-engine circuits and messing up the guidance systems so crafts get uncontrollable. The ISS computer was malfunctioning, the US system was needed to shut down and the Russian backup computers need to be started up to fix the US system.
Its getting crazier by the week.
