inexplicable event

About 7-8 years ago until today i have four conditions, laying down to sleep, just before fell in deep sleep, i feel very strong frozen or electricity...i could not move, was aware that something is going on but could not move...once i stand up after about 10 minutes and was shocked, in my mouth was a strong taste of blood, put the fingers in my mouth, no sighn of blood...about three monts ago, at the frozen state, i could see my legs and my arms was going up, like something will rise me up but it could not...
-what happened to me, who and why...anyone?
 
wow sounds erie but like a form of sleep paralysis.. try lying in a different position b4 you go to sleep.. dont eat at least 4 hours before bed and drink a lot of water. (if you havent tried this) also meditate on the answer .. we ask questions when we pray and mediation is for the answer .. hope all stays well!!
 
oops one more thing .. the rising of your limbs may be you lucid dreaming ..
 
I tried to meditate but in my line of work is too much noise, even when resting, I fail...what is paralyzing sleep? What it means?
 
u remind me of me when i first came on the forum :)


but there is always time for things we feel are important .. (someone famous said it but im not sure lol)
you can meditate on your break in the car, on the toilet, etc.. start off slow by allowing at least 10 minutes of quiet time allowing all thoughts to pass until something significant comes to you..

if you dont make time .. it may not be time for you to know


google sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming ..

best way i can explain it is that your body relaxes but your brain stays on.. our brain sends a chemical to the body to paralyze it so we dont reinact our dreams and sometimes our mind does not fully go into dream state making us think the things our subconcious is playing back (it talks in weird images and symbols) we think it is real

I also found that adding supplements of Magnesium and Iodine to my diet was enormously helpful in every area of my life.

Both are vital for the correct functioning of muscles and nerves. -Without trace quantities, you die.

It's amazing to learn that most people are deficient all the time, just barely scraping by. The body reacts in many ways to being in a constant critical state.

I'd recommend exploring the diet and health section of this forum. It can literally save your life. The other big, big one is what we have learned about carbohydrates versus saturated fats.

When people come here, they often have questions about the Big Stuff, which is perfectly understandable. -However, while it may seem boring, what we've all learned is that the little things are key, without them in place, there is no ground to lever against for dealing with the more spectacular symptoms of our ignorance.

Diet, Sleep and Toxins.

Get the Big Three sorted out, and everything else will start to fall into place.

I totally agree. Have you done any blood tests to see where your overall health is at? Your line of work can be very tiring, especially if you don't have a regular schedule.

We've seen many cases where, if people take those symptoms as a scientific experiment, and eliminate variables one by one, they usually end up resolving the problem. Some of those things could be caused by biological factors. If once you've fixed those, you still have the symptoms, then you have more grounds to suspect something "out there".

And the thing is that gathering more information, learning about your body, meditating, etc. can make you raise your frequency, so to say. Therefore, IF you were vulnerable to some kind of paranormal phenomenon, the best possible protection you can have is knowledge. We are only as attractive to "weird" stuff as we let ourselves be.
