Internal and external considering

Carlos Castaneda's The Fire From Within contains a number of concepts similar to external considering as well. Concepts like "stalking" and dealing with what are known as "petty tyrants" in life (they are the people who grind against our programs and challenge us to adapt to their demands).

Yes, I also recommend reading Carlos Castaneda "The Active Side of Infinity", recently I finished reading it, and gives some details about the internal and external consideration, basically it is an album of memorable susesos of Carlos Castaneda. I drew attention to the idea of me, me and only me who mentioned Don Juan Matus and the concerns of everyday life involve us so much that we only think about ourselves, it is a good read. :)

Sometimes in the course of social interaction triggers come up things that can cause a lot of anger it just happens naturally it could be a friend moving out it could be all sorts of things that can cause worries it could be things that happened in the past.
I find it's important to take a stoic attitude and what I can control and what I can't control.
After all if anger and here come up, then there has to be in alignment with the mind to the Divine mind, otherwise stay social interaction will be quite the distraction that nobody needs and is actually pretty negative.
So it's important to understand with--when these things come up--am I in alignment with Divine mind and if not then best keep the mouth shut and try to get in alignment. By examining everything in my life that needs improvement.
Because the things that happened in the past are really just an illusion so the focus has to always be,
With the deeper understanding of Divine mind, and a deeper apprietation, with external consideration.

I agree in principle Nathancat7,

Though, something I've learned over the years is that there's a fine balance to be navigated with these impressions that can show up in our lives. I think that, much like an allergic reaction or an irritation, these emotions show up as reactions to stimuli (or impressions) that are there to provide us with an opportunity to find its source within us.

As such, being completely stoic to the emotions that we feel, is perhaps a good approach when interacting with the world, however, the emotions that spring forth from within us at a given situation ought not to be ignored in my opinion.

One could sit with it so as to learn their origin, perhaps the anger is because of projection, or sadness, or melancholy, or self centeredness. Maybe this self centernedness is pure ego and vanity, or perhaps it is rooted in deeper ingrained programs.

So, I agree with you, the goal would be not to become identified with what happens to us, but at the same time, these emotions ought to be integrated so as to become conscious of them and have them as allies, which necessitates feeling them and metabolize them, in such a way I think it's easier to align oneself with the cosmic purposes.

My two cents.

I think you're right I kind of made a mistake when kind of indulging it in them.
The thing is is I don't always want to recognize the anger that's inside of me so I go through a facade and then until it's uncovered.
so maybe not identifying it with it, integrating, and then just having a darn good laugh might be just what the doctors ordered.
Because the sound of the flute if you will be impetus that brings that up it still going to be there that's the that's the beauty of things.

I'm picking up the guitar, to help me rewrire my brain, and I'm just thrilled with making the cords right now just starting.
It's technical and requires focus.
And to speak it's language requires an integration of body and mind.
