Is Palestinian reggae/rap worth being given an international audience?

Is DAM Worth a best of the web ?

It is not easy to get to know about the palestinian reggae/rap band DAM, yet DAM is an interesting cultural phenomena. They play good music, have conscious lyrics in Arabic, English and…Hebrew, but they have not a slight chance to get an international audience while most medias work on to spread Islamophia/arabophobia.

Considering that, Palestinian arts and music in particular is barely represented, especialy since the last months of unlimited suffering.

Considering that the Palestinian voices that can express anything of conscience out of the Hamas or the so-called Palestinian Authority are now very rare.

Considering that we all stand on the brink of war and that this song adresses this issue from within the cauldrone.

Considering the interesting fact that theses guys speak in Arabic, English and Hebrew demonstrating an effort to communicate. ;)

Considering the fact that the music is really good and it's purpose positive and demonstrated in action, offering others to react by dancing, keep Hope.

I have been thinking that maybe DAM would deserve a grace and be Worth a Best Of The Web, an opportunity for a global diffusion.

What do you think?
