1) Lens on left side of picture - there is only one lens, so algorithm may mark those as sniper rifle lens "just in case".
2) Maybe background picture is cut of a much bigger original picture and that original picture got violence in it.
3) Sepia colors and low resolution doesn't make it easier to not get it marked as some "wartime" photo.

yep, even if it's a bot, it's rather symbolic that it would censor something that inspires people to not be obedient... or maybe the bot recognized the text in the image and such text has been deemed "too dangerous" or something, it wouldn't surprise me to be honest.
