Who is JJ Hurtak, the guy who started the whole "Keys of Enoch" deal and garnered such followers as Bernard "Drunvalo" Perona?

James J "J.J." Hurtak's published bio says:

"J.J. Hurtak, Ph.D., Ph.D., M.Th. is a social scientist and futurist who studied at the University of California and the University of Minnesota."
Now, certainly he does not say that his degrees came from the University of California and the University of Minnesota... he only says he has degrees, followed by the names of two universities where he "studied." However, certainly, a reader would assume from this juxtaposition that his degrees came from those universities.

The fact is that his PhD is in social science and his other PhD in History and Oriental Studies, were obtained from the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, Mexico which is basically a place where, if you can't cut it in a regular university, and you have some bux, you can get a degree or two, or three...

Regarding Hurtak's claims to have been at the Uni of California in 1973, we find the following.

The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch® (1973, 1975, 1977) makes the correlation that this Divine Name was the key behind the transcription code of chemical letters which develops the human body. In 1973 while at the University of California, Hurtak came to understand that there was a connection between the series of linguistic and genetic associations in the spelling of God's name in the biblical Hebrew (YHVH).

Hurtak's bio claims:

"He worked with Dr. Thich Tien-An, Vietnamese Buddhist scholar in establishing the curriculum of studies at the Graduate School of Buddhism, Los Angeles, as well as working with the microfilming of the Tibetan canon in Nepal and India."
Apparently Dr. Thich Thien-An died in 1980. Here is a link with a brief overview of his life in which you will find no reference to Hurtak.

http://www.urbandharma.org/ibmc/ibmc2/suto.html

Ven. Dr. Thich Thien-An came to Southern California in the summer of 1966 as an exchange professor at UCLA. Soon his students discovered he was not only a renowned scholar, but a Zen Buddhist monk as well. His students convinced Dr. Thien-An toteach the practice of meditation and start a study group about the other steps on the Buddhist path, in addition to the academic viewpoint....

...Dr. Thien-An died at the age of 54 of cancer which had spread rapidly throughout his body, from his liver to his brain. In his last months, one could often find him sitting peacefully on the steps of the bell tower. It was a gift to be able to sit quietly next to him and feel the energy of his understanding. He had many plans but saw the reality of what was happening. He smiled, as he smiled often, a smile of great compassion and loving-kindness for all the world.
From: http://jbe.gold.ac.uk/6/metcalf991.html , a review of a book

"The faces of buddhism in America":

Cuong Nguyen and A. W. Barber, on the other hand, peremptorily dismiss the careers of Thich Nhat Hanh and Thich Tien An (p. 131) and spend their chapter discussing Vietnamese Buddhism in the Vietnamese American community only. [...] And wherever Thich Tien An got his training, his memory has certainly not faded away in Los Angeles, where he is remembered at his flourishing Dharma center, rightly or wrongly, as the first patriarch of American Vietnamese Buddhism.
Again, nowhere is there a mention of J.J. Hurtak.

Hurtak's bio claims: He is President of the International Academy for Future Science.

What is the Academy for Future Science?

Website: http://www.affs.org/index.html

ACADEMY FOR FUTURE SCIENCE

The Academy for Future Science is an international non-profit organisation operating in more than 12 countries since its inception in 1973. Its charter covers the areas of archaeology, anthropology, environment and remote sensing, computers and physics, as well as studies in consciousness and comparative religion. Its work has been represented at the Parliament of the World's Religions (1999),The Millennium Peace Summit ofWorld Religious Leaders (2000), and at many university conferences on the dialogue of science and religion. Its members have been responsible for the updating of the medical curriculum at universities in South Africa and the monitoring of critical environmental areas in Brazil.

Dr. James J. Hurtak, PhD, PhD is President of the Academy for Future Science. He is a social scientist and futurist with two doctorates who studied at the Universities of California and Minnesota. His main concern is the interface between science, religion and the environment. He was a presenter at the recent Parliament of World Religions (1999) in Cape Town.

Desiree Hurtak is listed as the admin contact (WhoIs records) for the futurescience.org domain. Turns out she's James (Jim) J. Hurtak's wife. Bio here:

http://www.coasttocoastam.com/guests/767.html

The wife of J.J. Hurtak, Desiree Hurtak is an international relations expert and author. Her recent work involves environmental studies and the film documentation of indigenous cultures to preserve their cultural heritage. To this end, she has also studied and written on the philosophies and literature of various ancient cultures including Egypt and Mesoamerica to understand their importance in our evolving society.
They've both been on the show quite a few times - regulars almost.

Photos of both are here, from the UN Summit on Sustainable Development:

http://www.un.org/events/wssd/photos/020831pressphotos.htm

At another of their websites: http://www.pistissophia.org/

Where we find:

The Pistis Sophia is a translation and commentary of a special collection of 2,000 year old Gnostic Coptic manuscripts, derived from ancient Egyptian-Coptic Christian Codexes. In the historic period after the early Church became established as the "official religion" of the Roman Empire (325 C.E.), the Pistis Sophia literature was withdrawn. It remains an inner teaching of the Coptic and African communities.

The words Pistis Sophia are Greek for "Faith Wisdom" and represent a teaching given to the disciples of Christ Jesus AFTER his resurrection. Significant for modern times, these are teachings revealed not only to Jesus' male disciples, but also to his female disciples including Mary Magdalene, Martha, and Salome! [...]

At the same time, the Pistis Sophia texts work richly and expoundingly in concert with the Gospel Teachings of Jesus Christ, the work of the Prophets and the Saints, both the Old and the New Testaments as well as many Intertestamental works and The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch®.

What is ASPRS? Founded in 1934, the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) is a scientific association serving over 7,000 professional members around the world. Our mission is to advance knowledge and improve understanding of mapping sciences to promote the responsible applications of photogrammetry, remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), and supporting technologies. [...]

"We are extremely proud of our historical roots in imaging science and technology in the form of photogrammetry and remote sensing, and we intend to maintain and build upon our emphasis in this area. However, our membership is focused on imaging not only in the sense of primary data acquisition, but also with respect to the extraction of information from image data in a decision support context," said Lillesand.

"We want to make clear that ASPRS represents a scientific and professional home for a broad array of individuals whose interests span the entire spectrum of geospatial information sciences, technologies, and applications."
In short, it is more or less a spying organization that is also a "vacuum cleaner" operation. Shades of the CIA!

Here you will find some of the "sustaining members" of ISPRS:

Again, as you scan the names of the corporations, you realize that this is nothing more than an organization of "psychic spies."

Back to Hurtak: Supposely he was the second in command in the Council of Nine... http://66.221.71.68/nine.htm
See also: www.tribwatch.com/aquarian.htm

A Fortean Times article also reveals that Hurtak was second in command in the Council of Nine. Note how the mind-control projects of this Council mirror those of Tavistock-Stanford:

Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of the history of The Nine is its relationship to the career of Andrija Puharich. Recent research has revealed Puharich to have a distinctly sinister side. As an Army doctor in the 1950s, he was deeply involved with the CIA's notorious MKULTRA mind control project.

He - together with the infamous Dr Sidney Gottlieb - experimented with a variety of techniques to change or induce actual thought processes...even to creating the impression of voices in the head. These techniques included the use of drugs, hypnosis and beaming radio signals directly into the subject's brain. And, significantly, he was engaged in this work at exactly the same time that The Nine made their first appearance at the Round Table Foundation. The Foundation itself is now known to have been largely funded by the Pentagon as a front for its medical and parapsychological research. Puharich was still working for the CIA in the early 1970s, when he brought Uri Geller out of Israel."
Hurtak's bio claims: He has been Director of LASERTECH in Brazil, which developed lasers for industrial and environmental studies in the Amazon.

Here is lasertech's website: http://www.lasertech.com/s_amer.html

No mention of Hurtak there anywhere. But, we have a researcher in Brazil checking on this and may have more details later.

From Hurtak's bio:

"With broad scientific interests in ecology, remote sensing, technology, and alternative energy, as well as belief systems of indigenous cultures, Dr. Hurtak has published eight books and more than 100 articles in eight languages."
It's rather difficult to find these articles: A list of published issues of antigravity news, (but the links of Hurtak's publications doesn't work) is here:

It's sister organization, CESNUR, has an article on Hurtak here: http://www.cesnur.org/2004/waco_matthews.htm

Entitled: "The Master Race and the Family of Light: Conflict, Spiritual Purification and Bio-Political Agendas in JJ Hurtak's "Book of Knowledge"

Which says, in part:

Earlier in 1973, maverick linguist, alleged CIA consultant, occultist and nouveau Egyptologist, J.J. Hurtak, according to his account, had been "lifted up" in a body of light into a region of stars called Merak and Muscida by the Master Ophanim Enoch. Enoch, answering a prayerful plea from Hurtak, had come to deliver a revelatory message outlining the purpose of life on the Earth plane, and to reveal the contours of a coming confrontation between the Children of Light and the Fallen Masters of Darkness.2 Over a period of two days (Jan 2-3) Enoch "downloaded" into Hurtak a total of 64 keys or revelations and these became The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch. The Book of Knowledge details a premillennial, post-Christian account that calls on the Children of Light to be genetically recoded for the energy transformations to come that they may be the vanguard of an ascended "Christ Race," which will complete the evolution of the original Pre-Adamic races. Key 109, a central revelation in this regard, reads as follows: The Anti-Universe is composed of Star Field Energies revealed on the Black Cube of Mecca which shows the function and destruction of three dimensional universes. 3

Hurtak's commentary on this Key reveals that the events of October 1973 galvanized him. Hurtak saw the October war as evidence that most Muslims, particularly those in power, are in league with, or in thrall to, dark extraterrestrial forces that originate in the constellations of Ursa Minor and Draco (with the principle star alpha Draconis as a focus).

Hurtak constructs an elaborate narrative linking ancient astronomy and geometry, genetic/molecular and computer theory with geo-political events, and in revisiting the old competitions between Muslim, Christian and Jew, recasts the historic dimensions of this occasional conflict in extraterrestrial, genetic terms.

In elaborating on Hurtak's prophetic project I will first briefly describe Hurtak's process of "prophetic regenesis," in which revelation and prophetic commentary are said to "reveal" the contours of a cosmic conflict between two ancient extraterrestrial genetic bloodlines that is said to manifest itself in geo-political events on earth. Then, I will discuss how Hurtak's process of revelation subsumes and elides the actual sequence of events as recorded by news agencies. Lastly, I will briefly describe how this narrative of Muslim/Christian conflict, recast in extraterrestrial and genetic terms, has impacted the writings and ideations of New Age and Ascensionist thinkers and practitioners. [...]

For example, an examination of the commentary explicating Key 109 demonstrates how, according the Hurtak, the Kaaba at Mecca acts as a concentration of anti-Universe, anti-Christ energy, a kind of spiritual black hole as it were. [...]

For Hurtak, this "clinging to the cube" that the Kaaba represents is, in fact, evidence of a dangerous tendency toward retrogression, rigidity, entropy and a need to tyrannically control. As Muslims circumambulate around their most sacred shrine in Mecca, they are exhibiting the "black hole function" of refusing to evolve up to the next level of organic organization. [...]

The implication is that Muslims do not "allow" the light of program of God to penetrate them, therefore, they re-enact and reinscribe, in their revering of the cube at Mecca, a focus on physical destruction of the 3-D world, in the way that the black hole is postulated to trap light itself.7 [...]

The Book of Knowledge constitutes Hurtak's attempt to construct what occultist Rene Schwaller de Lubicz referred to as la Symbolique, a purported system of knowledge transmission de Lubicz considered to be primarily visual and pre-linguistic, and is secretly encoded in the shapes of various written languages, mystical buildings, such as the Great Pyramid and for Hurtak, in human DNA. [...]

The Children of Darkness "cling to the cube" in Mecca in order to keep the Children of Light from discovering the symbolique of redemption hidden in the Kaaba. They are not entirely at fault, since they are operating at the behest of extraterrestrials from alpha Draconis/Ursa Minor. They can be saved by bringing them to the Torah Or (Light of the Torah)-which Hurtak prophetically retranslates as the Program of Israel with Gematria designation 8033-45. [...]
Now lets look at the "Council for a Parliament of the World'd Religions" Mission again and see how it fits in with the above...........

Mission: The mission of the Council for a Parliament of the World's Religions is to cultivate harmony among the world's religious and spiritual communities and foster their engagement with the world and its other guiding institutions in order to achieve a peaceful, just, and sustainable world.
It appears that the CPWR hasn't done it's homework!

Continuing with the Censur article

There is no way to determine for sure whether Hurtak's apparent conflation of events is purposeful, the result of a faulty news source, or a common American tendency to disregard the complexities of Middle Eastern politics. Whatever the case, Hurtak declares that Enoch transported him to the location of the Kaaba, in much the same way that Jabriel was said to have transported Muhammad to the Temple Mount during his Night Journey. From his exalted standpoint, Enoch revealed to Hurtak how the cubic structure of the Kaaba acts like a black hole, sucking in and trapping the Light of the Father and feeding the Children of Darkness. 13 The stone inside the Kaaba, it is said holds and traps the accumulated and unredeemed sins of humanity inside the cube as Muslims, guided by extraterrestrial forces from alpha Draconis, are vampirically infected by the resulting energies of degeneration, vengeance and anti-evolution. [...]

So, how has this premillennial scenario played to Hurtak's New Age and Ascensionist audience? [...]

Perhaps one of the most interesting responses can be found in an early ascension channeling session conducted by trance channel Barbara Marciniak in 1990.

When asked specifically about Hurtak and The Book of Knowledge, Marciniak's guides replied that, although in the past they may have spoken highly of the Book, they also had "always maintained that [we] do not agree with what is being said there." While the book is said to "resonate with its own form of integrity," it is also limited by Hurtak's belief systems, and he will eventually be surprised when he finds out what and who the conflict really involves. Her guides go on to recommend The Gods of Eden by William Bramley as a more accurate account of humanity's extraterrestrial background.16

Some ascensionists have reported to me that something about the book "creeps them out," and still others were quite surprised when I pointed out passages in the text that seemed to vilify Muslims or contained a 'master race' narrative.

Most ascensionists seem not to be very interested in pursuing Hurtak's premillennial charges of anti-Christ Muslim behavior, even while they generally accept his overall narrative regarding the existence of an extraterrestrial conspiracy on the Earth that is designed to keep humans from evolving and the importance of DNA as the locus of personal incarnation.

On the other hand, while perusing Internet archives of ascensionist/New Age chat rooms, I ran across several conversations, all post 9/11, in which Key 109 was brought up for discussion. In one instance, a respondent simply replied by posting a verse from Surah 9 of the Koran, which, when taken out of context, seems to provide justification for Muslims to kill their enemies at any opportunity. It was as if the respondent was saying: "Yes, see, look at their scriptures, they are just like that." [...]

Robert Fuller (no relation to Buckminster), in his book Naming the Anti-Christ: The History of an American Obsession, notes that a great deal of the apocalyptic imagery that is increasingly found in much New Age/Ascensionist literature derives from fundamentalist/right wing sources/pre-millennial, ranging from Hal Lindsey to Orson Scott Card.18 [...]

For all of its sophisticated patter, and it's potential as a vision that seeks to intimately link the twin infinities of the cosmos and the human soul through the mediating mechanism of DNA, Hurtak's revelation seems to follow this trajectory with remarkable fidelity, only now the millennial conflict is cast in mathematical, extraterrestrial, genetic and even racial terms.

Later in The Book of Knowledge, Hurtak reveals that there are two other groups who operate with the Fallen Masters, obscuring the possibility of the Christ race evolving on Earth. These individuals are the orthodox 'believers' in the Jewish and Christian communities, and the secular scholars and intellectuals who annoyingly insist on the importance of history, context, analysis and fact-finding.

For Hurtak, such critical analysis is idolatry constituting the Abomination of Desolation as described in the Book of Daniel.
Well, I guess the shoe fits. A close look at the Book of Knowledge reveals what one might call the circular edge of closure, when right and left wing interests are joined in the fervor of premillennial promises of perfected genetic evolution, the end of history and the conquering of ones stated enemies. It's the same story being told again, in more dangerous times.

In short, Hurtak appears to be a Psychic Terrorist.

In short, Hurtak appears to be a Psychic Terrorist.
Years ago, I knew some people who were very closely aquainted with Hurtak. These were affluent midwesterners, conservative "good people" with White Brotherhood world views. They were also involved in several pyramid schemes, and for a while tried to promote "subtle energy" devices that were anything but subtle. I discovered later they were an extension of failed attempts to amplify psychic abilities electromagnetically and get information from interrogation subjects. Drunvalo himself was supporting a "researcher" by the name of Bob Dratch who was trying to market these watches that he claimed everyone should wear to "tune into light frequencies" and "deflect dark ones".

The Ford Foundation happened to be funding some of these directions. Anyway, these people talked about Hurtak with reverence and claimed to have seen him walk through walls, teleport and perform other feats of the "water walker" variety. What struck me was a combination I observed in these people: financial/material interest and real belief. At first they exhuded an aura of "authority" that rejected all questioning, but as we went out for lunches and other get-togethers I did question them and they revealed a bit regarding their utopia.

This was a combination of right-wing Old Testament fundamentalism and mystic science fiction resulting in an authoritarian vision ruled by a cold (Jehova aka Lucifer) presence that hates all organic life, and anything even close to empathic warmth. These business associates of Hurtak lectured about and in every lecture the mantric motto was "Be still and know that I AM GOD!", which was often loudly expounded by a lecturer red in the face and exhibiting loss of control of their salivating function.

It was actually pretty scary when you look behind the nice guy mask of these people. Another interesting point is that the elder of these people was a college buddy of Pat Robertson, who was an avid poker player in his younger days.

Sometimes when I look at people out of the corner of my eye with the intent of gaining a glimpse at what lies behind the mask I get images. With this friend of Hurtak's (and old buddy of Robertson's) I got a cold blue frosty aura, and behind that was a calculating malevolence, that appeared for only a brief second. Actually, I decided to look upon this person in this manner when his true nature started bleeding through and it was the last time I ever saw him or his group.

The presence I sensed was a bit more than just a symbol of human psychopathy, but something behind it. Again, all indications pointed to a strange combination of a con artist who believes his own con, to the point of living in a schizoid fantasy world, a kind of crusader for a mad god.

"Drunvalo" is another example of this.

http://www.bobfrissell.com/drunvalo.htm

Drunvalo came as what is called a "walk-in." Another person occupied his body until Drunvalo was ready to use it. That person undertook certain training and schooling that Drunvalo was later able to use. This was all done by agreement. It is illegal, according to universal law at the highest level, to take over a body any other way. The person who left his body for Drunvalo to occupy was given something very special. Drunvalo did not say what it was other than that...

...On April 10, 1972, Drunvalo walked into his current body. It was all done in one breath. The spirit leaving breathed out and Drunvalo breathed in. That was it, clean and legal. The two spirits had been talking for seven to nine years before this and they petitioned for and got full permission to do this on all levels.

Drunvalo doesn't tell stories about himself to prove he is anyone special. To the contrary, it is to serve as a reminder to you, to show how special you are. Consider, for example, the possibility that you too are a higher-dimensional master here on special assignment. Consider also that in order for you to properly do your job, it was necessary to become as human as possible; that is, to go to sleep and forget, and at the proper time you would be reminded of your true nature. You have done the first part perfectly. Now it is time for phase II.
I would rather call this "possession" or "invasion", far more insidious than "ships" landing. One wonders what "phase II" is all about, although at this point I doubt such direct tactics can be implemented in any but the most schizoid "failed" shamans, and fanatical fundamentalist crusaders opening to the "holy spirit".

Heh i'm glad you guys delve into this arena because most of the time i take channeling's as crap. It wasnt until i stumbled onto Laura's work that i gave it serious consideration. From there i tapped the Marciniak stuff and the Ra/seth material which is actually older, and i think that's the only channelled material i've ever read and didn't gawk at.

I'm not to sure what a walk-in is either. Like an entity that all of a sudden assume's control of a human body? That sounds like possession to me as EQ mentioned.

All in all these people seem F-ing nuts.

Yup! I remember those days.....EsoQuest: ((Anyway, these people talked about Hurtak with reverence and claimed to have seen him walk through walls, teleport and perform other feats of the "water walker" variety. )) And the Uri Geller spoon bending! Whooo Hoooo! I can't remember who but, the story about whoever was late for lunch that teleported to make up for lost time and crashed through a canopy covering of some kind where the others had started eating. What I at one time thought impressive was the 72 names of god tapestries hanging in is Los Gatos home. If you gotta thing for tapestries. I always thought of Hurtak as dirty, creepy though.

Laura- About three years ago, I did a major bookcase cleaning. Some went to the county dumps cause some stuff just belongs there. 12 boxes of books went to the used book store. I FEEL ANOTHER DUMP RUN COMMIN' ON"! THANK YOU, THANK YOU! ;)

I think I want a bumper sticker that says, "Make way for a secular scholar who annoyingly insists on the importance of history, context, analysis and fact finding!"

I remember Uri Geller's spoon bending, but only in the context of a 1970's variety show appearance or something - so it never sunk in that there was 'amazing transcendent spiritual power' behind it all. It's fascinating how the more qualifications, publications, degrees, accolades these 'dark ones' say they have, the fewer actually exist. It's a wonder they've never learned to err on the side of normalcy.

The Psychic Mafia

"Through his relationship with Andrija Puharich and others, (i.e., Bearden, Sarfatti, et al.) in what he called a "psychic mafia", the UNICORN (Einhorn's name for himself, punning on his name) assumed a key role in the task of alerting our people about the implications of the revolution.... in Einhorn's universe, those factors included the undeniability of UFO's the startling discoveries in quantum physics, and the inevitability of the new world order-- shaken loose by the Aquarian transformation"

Picknett and Prince The Stargate Conspiracy p. 117
Eddie "The Rat" Rizzo gives you the lowdown on how some of the biggest New Age families operate. Eddie an ex New Age racketeer found himself in jail whilst seeking out new marks in Europe. In an attempt for a plea bargain, Eddie revealed some highly controversial information on New Age mob operations. Unfortunately no-one was listening......

Enter Sammy Woods, a respected US journalist with twenty years reporting experience and a few documentaries under his belt. Sammy found out about Eddies dilemma via a friend in Portugal. A quick visit over the pond and Sammy decided to start a website and go public with the highly inflammatory material, citing the publics right to know. Due to some extraordinary efforts on Sammy's part, extradition proceedings to the USA were quashed in a Portugese court of law.

To this day Eddie remains at large in Europe with several US, Canadian and Brazilian warrants against his name, several New Age families would also like to know his whereabouts since ratting them out. When Eddie went public he found it, "a weight off my shoulders", and in gratitude for Sammy's legal efforts, he continually supplies Sammy with details on a weekly basis from anonymous internet cafes across Europe.

Not content with taking things at face value, Sammy backs up Eddie's information with various links and long deleted web pages.

Here are the categories we plan to cover:
THE DONS

My father is no different than any powerful man, any man with power, like a president or senator. - Michael Corleone (The Godfather)

The noun "don" has 5 senses in WordNet. We have selected one that most closely relates to our subject:

3. don, father -- (the head of an organized family)

THE SOLDIERS

Soldier: the bottom-level member of an organized Family, as in "foot soldiers."

The Boss of the Family told you you're gonna be Santa Claus. You're Santa Claus. - Paulie "Walnuts" Gualtieri (The Sopranos)

Under soldiers we find:

GUNS FOR HIRE

The noun "gun for hire" has 8 senses in WordNet. We have selected one that most closely relates to our subject:

1. gunman, gunslinger, hired gun, gun, gun for hire, triggerman, hit man, hitman, torpedo, shooter -- (a professional killer who uses a gun)

In this sense we're using the term "guns for hire" for those actively promoting disinformation. Clouding the web with tales of dubious credibility in order to erect a smoke screen that hides the "real purpose".

Guns for Hire can also be 100% Pure Kook GOLD

KOOKS:

[Usenet; originally and more formally, net.kook]

Term used to describe a regular poster who continually posts messages with no apparent grounding in reality. Different from a troll, which implies a sort of sly wink on the part of a poster who knows better, kooks really believe what they write, to the extent that they believe anything.

The kook trademark is paranoia and grandiosity. Kooks will often build up elaborate imaginary support structures, fake corporations and the like, and continue to act as if those things are real even after their falsity has been documented in public.
-The Jargon Lexicon

Then there are Classic False Flag operations, DISINFORMATION, Black Propaganda. etc. which devolve onto more "organized" structures that we can call:

THE RATPACK

"We're not setting out to make Hamlet or Gone with the Wind. The idea is to hang out together, find fun with the broads, and have a great time. We gotta make pictures that people enjoy. Entertainment, period." - Frank

Under this Category we find:

The AXIOM FACULTY

A real rogue's gallery..... Dons, Soldiers, Wannabees and Kooks all found here.

The Axiom Faculty Experience:

"Children, everybody, here's what to do during war: In a time of destruction, create something. A poem. A parade. A community. A school. A vow. A moral principle. One peaceful moment." --Maxine Hong Kingston, from The Fifth Book of Peace "

And lets rake in a lotta dough"- Eddie Rizzo

THE UNIVERSAL SEDUCTION

Really weird loosely organised group, not quite a family and yet enough Dons and Wannabees to have a really swell time.

The Universal Seduction Gig: I beg your pardon, I never promised you a Rose Garden- Loretta Lynn

Who is JJ Hurtak?

http://anti-cointelpro.blogspot.com/2006/04/who-is-jj-hurtak.html

Who is JJ Hurtak?
To kick off this ambitious project, let us have a look at Don JJ Hurtak, the guy who started the whole "Keys of Enoch" deal and garnered such followers as the young Don Bernard "Drunvalo" Perona. Now a fully fledged psychic mafia Don in his own right.

Don James J "J.J." Hurtak's published bio says:

The fact is that his PhD is in social science and his other PhD in History and Oriental Studies, were obtained from the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, Mexico.

Regarding Hurtak's claims to have been at the University of California in 1973, we find the following.

The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch (1973, 1975, 1977) makes the correlation that this Divine Name was the key behind the transcription code of chemical letters which develops the human body. In 1973 while at the University of California, Hurtak came to understand that there was a connection between the series of linguistic and genetic associations in the spelling of God's name in the biblical Hebrew (YHVH).

http://www.keysofenoch.org/html/academy_learning_session__dna.html

From http://jbe.gold.ac.uk/6/metcalf991.html , a review of a book

Its work has been represented at the Parliament of the World's Religions (1999),The Millennium Peace Summit of World Religious Leaders (2000), and at many university conferences on the dialogue of science and religion. Its members have been responsible for the updating of the medical curriculum at universities in South Africa and the monitoring of critical environmental areas in Brazil.

Dr. James J. Hurtak, PhD, is President of the Academy for Future Science.

They've both been on the show twice in the past 10 months.

Photos of both are here, from the UN Summit on Sustainable Development:

http://www.un.org/events/wssd/photos/020831pressphotos.htm

At another of their websites: http://www.pistissophia.org/

We find:

At the same time, the Pistis Sophia texts work richly and expoundingly in concert with the Gospel Teachings of Jesus Christ, the work of the Prophets and the Saints, both the Old and the New Testaments as well as many Intertestamental works and The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch.

See: www.tribwatch.com/aquarian.htm

A Fortean Times article reveals that Hurtak was second in command in the Council of Nine.

It's rather difficult to find these articles: A list of published issues of antigravity news, but the links of Hurtak's publications doesn't work:

It's the same story being told now in more dangerous times.

The New Age Psychic Mafia

This guy JJ Hurtak sounds remarkably like Vincent Bridges. It seems hard to imagine that there would be many like this. Maybe it is the same person?

The Nine

I haven’t really spent much time looking at the writings of ‘the Nine’ (‘Nine Gods of Egypt’).

My first brief contacts with the literature gave rise to an instinctive aversion.

A few weeks ago a fairly close business acquaintance of mine started babbling on about ‘the Nine’ and the ‘Ennead’ – and also something about the ‘Twelve’ who are now on the earth and are waking up to who they really are and what their mission is here – predictably to take control of Earth affairs and save that part of the human race that is worth saving. (Apparently they have to locate each other first – which may take some time if some of them don’t even know who they are yet! – in order to ‘focus’ and ‘channel’ their power!)

Sound familiar???

Anyway, I was pretty surprised by the above as the friend in question is a very ‘conventional’ ‘down to earth’ type. In fact, an Insurance Salesmen. I don’t think I have ever heard him utter a ‘religious’, ‘occult’ or remotely metaphysical comment in the couple of decades I have known him.

My own occasional attempts to converse with him on such matters met with such politely blank responses that I quickly gave up on such subjects.

So it turns out that he has formed a relationship with a new ‘girlfriend’ who is heavily into the ‘Nine’ and the ‘Twelve’. And like many newly-besotted males he has quickly adapted to what appear to be his paramour’s psychological terms and conditions … namely that my friend now evince an unconquerable faith in the veracity of the ‘Nine’, and a firm commitment to keeping his eyes open in case he spots one of the ‘Twelve’ wandering around in a stupor (among the remaining 6 billion of us!), who he may then approach and re-awaken to his mission!

Frankly I worry for my friend!

It would be funny if it wasn’t somehow quite tragic. I mean here is a guy who would probably walk past Pope Leo XVI and ask: ‘Who’s the guy in the funny hat?’

Now he feels competent to keep his eyes open for the ‘Twelve!’ His girlfriend has told him that they will be immediately recognisable to him!

I haven’t found out anything about this ‘Twelve’ bunch … assuming that they are not the returning ‘Apostles Team.’

But I did find this interesting article about the ‘Nine.’

Plan Nine From Outer Space

One New Age channelling cult, above all the rest, has had a huge - very disturbing influence on hundreds of thousands of devotees worldwide. Known as 'The Nine', its disciples include cutting edge scientists, multi-millionaire industrialists and leading politicians. This exclusive extract based on The Stargate Conspiracy by Lynn Picknett and Clive Prince looks at the sinister origins of The Nine

I am the beginning. I am the end. I am the emissary. But the original time I was on the Planet Earth was 34,000 of your years ago. I am the balance. And when I say "I" - I mean because I am an emissary for The Nine. It is not I , but it is the group…We are nine principles of the Universe, yet together we are one.

The declaration above is typical of the channelled pronouncements of the Council of Nine – or just ‘The Nine’. They contain all the usual New Age ingredients of grandiose statements, shaky grammar and unprovable predictions. But unlike all the other channelling cults, that of The Nine has serious clout. Perhaps the reason for this is that they claim to be the Ennead, or the nine major gods of ancient Egypt (see panel). Or could there be another reason, one that owes more to The X-Files than the Pyramid Texts?

Although The Nine may appear to be quintessentially a modern phenomenon, our research uncovered its truly astonishing pedigree. In fact, the story begins nearly 50 years ago, in a private research laboratory in Glen Cove, Maine, called the Round Table Foundation, run by a medical doctor named Andrija Puharich (also known as Henry K Puharich).Set up in 1948 to research the paranormal, among the noted psychics studied at the Foundation were the famous Irish medium Eileen Garrett and the Dutch clairvoyant Peter Hurkos (Pieter van de Hirk).Prominent members included the influential philosopher and inventor Arthur M Young and the socialite Alice Bouverie (née Astor).

In December 1952, Puharich brought into his laboratory an Indian mystic named Dr D G Vinod, who began to channel The Nine or ‘the Nine Principles’. In the months before Vinod returned to India, a group met regularly to hear The Nine’s channelled wisdom. Never known for their modesty, The Nine proclaimed themselves to be God, stating "God is nobody else than we together, the Nine Principles of God."

Three years later, there appeared to be independent confirmation of their existence. In Mexico, Puharich and Young met Charles and Lillian Laughead, former Christian missionaries who were by then prominent in the burgeoning UFO contactee movement. (For a description of their involvement in the Dorothy Martin circle, see Jerome Clark’s ‘When Prophecy Failed’ in Fortean Times 117.) Back in the States a few weeks later, Puharich received a letter from the Laugheads containing messages received by their group’s channeller. This message also claimed to come from the Nine Principles, even – amazingly – including references to the earlier communications transmitted through Dr Vinod. Could The Nine possibly be for real?

Perhaps the answer is embedded in the career of Puharich himself. After disbanding the Round Table Foundation in 1958, he worked for 10 years as an inventor of medical devices and achieved international recognition as a parapsychologist, most famously studying the Brazilian psychic surgeon, Arigo (José Pedro de Freitas). But all that was to pale into insignificance because, in 1971, Puharich discovered Uri Geller.

At their first meetings in Tel Aviv in 1971, Puharich hypnotised Geller in an attempt to find out where his abilities came from. As a result, the young Israeli started to channel ‘Spectra’ – an entity which claimed to be a conscious super-computer aboard a spaceship. However, Puharich suggested to him that there might be a connection with the Nine Principles, and Spectra readily agreed that there was. The Nine claimed that they had programmed Geller with his powers as a young child.

Through Geller, The Nine alerted Puharich to his life’s mission, which was to use Geller’s talents to alert the world to an imminent mass landing of spaceships that would bring representatives of The Nine. However, Geller – by now an international psychic superstar – bowed out in 1973 and has resolutely turned his back on The Nine ever since. Puharich had to find other channels.

He joined up with aristocratic former racing driver Sir John Whitmore and Florida-based psychic and healer Phyllis Schlemmer. They found a new channeller – a Daytona cook known to history only by the pseudonym ‘Bobby Horne’ – who lived to regret his dealings with The Nine. Driven to the brink of suicide by their constant demands, he too dropped out of the scene – his despair being dismissed by Whitmore as "signs of instability". After this, Phyllis Schlemmer was appointed the authorised spokesperson for the entity – known simply as ‘Tom’ – who represented The Nine

Puharich, Whitmore and Schlemmer then set up Lab Nine at Puharich’s estate in Ossining, New York. The Nine’s disciples included multi-millionaire businessmen (many hiding behind pseudonyms and including members of Canada’s richest family, the Bronfmans), European nobility, scientists from the Stamford Research Institute and at least one prominent political figure who was a personal friend of President Gerald Ford.

We also know that Lyall Watson (then the darling of the alternative scene because of his seminal 1973 book Supernature) was involved, as was the influential counter-culture guru Ira Einhorn – and Gene Roddenberry, creator of Star Trek.

Roddenberry was part of that circle in 1974 and 1975, and even produced the screenplay for a movie about The Nine. How much he was influenced by them is unknown, although it is said that some of their concepts found their way into the early Star Trek movies, and The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine (what a giveaway!) series.

(There is a character named ‘Vinod’ in one Deep Space Nine episode.) Another key player in Lab Nine was Dr James J Hurtak, who was appointed Puharich’s second-in-command by The Nine. In fact, Hurtak had been independently channelling The Nine since 1973.

Puharich and Whitmore commissioned British writer Stuart Holroyd to write an account of their adventures, which appeared in 1977 as Prelude to the Landing on Planet Earth (retitled Briefings for the Landing on Planet Earth in paperback).

In this extraordinary book the true identity of the Nine – and of Tom – was finally revealed. Far from being the chummy character that his rather avuncular name suggests, Tom is actually Atum, the creator-god of the ancient Egyptian religion of Heliopolis, and Uncle Tom with his eight mates are none other than the Great Ennead of Heliopolis.

But even with such impressive contacts, all was not well with Puharich.

Lab Nine broke up in 1978 after a series of mysterious events that culminated in an arson attack on the Ossining estate, and he fled to Mexico, claiming that he was being persecuted by the CIA. He returned to the USA two years later, and appears to have played no further part in The Nine story. He died in 1995 after falling down the stairs in his South Carolina home.

However, The Nine continued. Not only did Schlemmer and Whitmore continue their mission, but Dr Hurtak has also moved on. He has become a major player in the unfolding millennial drama currently being played out at Giza, but perhaps more importantly he has established himself as a New Age guru par excellence, travelling the world giving workshops on his book of channelled revelations from The Nine, The Keys of Enoch. Written and laid out in classic Biblical style, its darkly apocalyptic vision has huge numbers of influential devotees. This we find very worrying.

Another Nine channel – an Englishwoman named Jenny O’Connor – was introduced to the avant garde Esalen Institute in San Francisco by Sir John Whitmore. She and The Nine became so influential there that they held seminars and – unbelievably – were actually listed on the Institute’s staff, even successfully ordering the sacking of its chief finance officer and the reorganisation of its entire management structure..

This should concern us, because many influential people attended The Nine’s Esalen seminars, including Russians who were part of the Institute’s Soviet Exchange programme. Some of these later rose to prominence in the Gorbachev regime and were instrumental in the downfall of Communism. (The Esalen Institute now runs the US branch of the Gorbachev Foundation.)

The Nine are very much still with us. One of their recent channels, who is also in contact with Tom, is the American writer David M Myers. He is co-author with Britain’s David S Percy of that extraordinary tome Two-Thirds, a history of the galaxy and the human race according to Myer’s otherworldly contacts (who clearly have no sense of the absurd). Percy – best known as a champion of the ‘Face on Mars’ and the ‘hoaxing’ of the Apollo moon landings – was at one time part of the Schlemmer circle.

Among the other major proponents of the ‘monuments’ of Mars and their alleged connection with ancient Egypt is none other than Dr James Hurtak – The Nine’s great prophet – who has promoted this idea since as long ago as 1973.

Richard C Hoagland – familiar to FT readers as another unrepentant ‘Mars Face’ enthusiast – is also clearly under The Nine’s spell. David Myers and David Percy were, respectively, American and European Director of Operations for Hoagland’s Mars Mission. In fact, his interpretation of the ‘monuments’ of Mars comes directly from The Nine. Flake though he may appear (increasingly in these hallowed pages), but his influence over huge swathes of the hungrier mystery seekers is undeniable. This is the man who addresses rapt audiences at the United Nations.

But it is in the New Age channelling circuit that The Nine have truly come into their own. In any other circles their true agenda would no doubt have been rumbled long ago, but this is the New Age. Anything The Nine say must be sweetness and light, right? But an objective reading of their divine pronouncements reveal the first stirrings of something very nasty in Paradise.

Their words appeared in 1992 as the book The Only Planet of Choice, credited to ‘transceiver’ Schlemmer and edited by Mary Bennett (a one-time member of the Schlemmer circle who also edited Myers and Percy’s Two-Thirds). This has had an unprecedented influence over the New Age. According to Palden Jenkins (editor of an earlier edition of Only Planet) more and more New Age channelling groups are ‘realising’ that the real source of their wisdom is The Nine.

In fact, we have discerned what amounts to a campaign by The Nine – or their adherents – to ‘take over’ the New Age. It would be a mistake to underestimate the economic or even political potential of this vast subculture – rich pickings indeed.

But The Nine’s influence does not extend merely to New Age channelling circles. Andrija Puharich, James Hurtak and Richard Hoagland have all lectured at the United Nations in New York. And individuals connected with The Nine are also known to have influence with Vice-President Al Gore.

Of course, if The Nine really are the ancient gods of Egypt, then surely there could be fewer more significant events than their return. One may be justified in thinking that the more leading politicians who fall under their influence the better; but are they really the ancient Ennead of Egypt? Can it be that they have actually returned to sort us all out, scattering love and enlightenment from their high moral ground?

Tom, in The Only Planet of Choice, chooses his words carefully as he explains that all the races of the Earth were seeded from space-gods – except one, the "indigenous race", the blacks. He is very careful to urge us not to make an issue out of this. After all, it’s not the black race’s fault that they have no divine spark like the rest of us.

Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of the history of The Nine is its relationship to the career of Andrija Puharich. Recent research has revealed Puharich to have a distinctly sinister side. As an Army doctor in the 1950s, he was deeply involved with the CIA’s notorious MKULTRA mind control project. He – together with the infamous Dr Sidney Gottlieb – experimented with a variety of techniques to change or induce actual thought processes… even to creating the impression of voices in the head.

These techniques included the use of drugs, hypnosis and beaming radio signals directly into the subject’s brain. And, significantly, he was engaged in this work at exactly the same time that The Nine made their first appearance at the Round Table Foundation.

The Foundation itself is now known to have been largely funded by the Pentagon as a front for its medical and parapsychological research. Puharich was still working for the CIA in the early 1970s, when he brought Uri Geller out of Israel.

Puharich’s use of hypnosis is particularly interesting in The Nine circle. In the case of Uri Geller and Bobby Horne, he first hypnotised them and then suggested that they were in touch with The Nine – and lo, they were! Ira Einhorn – a close associate of Puharich’s during the 1970s – confirmed to us that he believed that Puharich was "humanly directing" The Nine communications.

The evidence we have gathered strongly suggests that Tom and his fellow gods originated, not in the stars, but behind closed doors as part of a CIA mind control experiment. And what happened to that experiment? Now with hundreds of thousands of devotees, some in very high places, can The Nine be deemed a success? Of course, that depends very much on what the CIA had in mind.

With their subtle racist propaganda, perhaps the flaky New Age Nine should worry the hell out of us
It struck me that there are a number of very well known personages involved in the above. And the whole scenario appears to have some considerable clout!

Bit like the ‘Moonies’ I guess.

Anyway, if anyone should spot one of the ‘Twelve’ wandering about – who are incognito, and asleep to who they really are so that they remain undetectable … but you can’t miss’ em! – please let me know.

I feel a quotation coming on. One that is on Alan Watt’s website and is said to be by Adam Weishaupt of all people:

"Oh, foolish man, what can you not be made to believe?"

The Nine

The Nine especially hate and despise the Arabs and Muslims, which they call Sons of Darkness (as in the Dead Sea Scrolls). Some high degrees masons seem to listen attentively to this channeled BS coming from the Nine.

The Nine

There is an article here that is a book review on The Stargate Conspiracy done by Laura which is about the Nine. It has some very good info in it. The book is also a very good read. A real eye-opener.

The Nine

Thank you for the link Lynne.

I did search 'the Nine' in the Forum Search engine ... and got back about 10 pages of threads!

The article you refer to looks interesting. Another one of Laura's fascinating researches!

I still haven't found anything about a hidden 'Twelve' that my acquaintance's girlfriend has got him so enthusiastic about.

But she apparently knows much more than most of us. She was a High Priestess in a past life dontcha know! :-)

Wow - thanks so much everyone for your great input and investigation - about three years ago I bought all the Tsarion tapes - they were useful to me in revealing our symbolism saturated world - but as when looking for new real estate, location, location, location, investigating researchers, discernment, discernment, discernment ...
