im not one to keep up with celebrities,but this morning one headline popped out at me.at first i was shocked that no one has mentioned how right after katie holmes divorces her husband to keep her child safe,her vehicle gets hit twice in the past week. now im angry. maybe its because im going through a legal situation with my own child but what right do these people have to attack her and her child? why arent they saying what everyone is thinking? why does it take a famous person to bring to light how corrupt this 'religion' is?has the general public even noticed at all for that matter? i know everyone on here is thinking,oh thats old news.but to me its brand new. i always thought scientology was creepy and people should stay far away from it.i never truly understood how vicious this cult could actually be. with all this information brought to light about these people how can they continue to get away with this mafia type behavior?i really dont expect answers because i understand how people can be when they have no conscience or soul and theres not much anyone can do about it at the moment .somehow it struck a chord in me and i just needed to share my thoughts so they wouldnt stew all day and put me in an even worse mood.feeling a bit better already.

Here in Spain they are legal. I remember when I was living in Barcelona, there were their local near when I was living, and every day there were meetings. In Quebec they are not legal. But I remember in 1977 when Hubbard was very popular and this religion was looking for adepts. I remember that one day on the street one of their members ask me and my friend if we wanted to follow him in a office to answer some innocent questions on paper, nothing dangerous. We follow him and suddenly, upstairs in their office with some tables and other members I became very, very scare without reason and fly, with my friend, outside like if the devil himself was chasing me. My reaction was very good. Yes, I was stupid to follow the guy, I know.

Why are they legal in some countries and not legal in other countries is a mystery.


Edit: I am not sure anymore if they are illegal in Quebec. I ask my husband, he has the impression that they are legal. Maybe someone from Quebec can tell us. What I know is that when I arrived in Spain I was shocked to see that here they are legal.

According to news reports, the two accidents were caused by a paparazzi car and a New York City garbage truck. Is there any evidence which indicate the involvement of scientology? It could just be coincidence - and such coincidences are not uncommon in people's lives at emotionally turbulent times.
