Hi, I recently read this article in sott, (thanks Ryan X for your article they way you connect what is happening on earth on an easy way to be understandable for many like myself)
It came to my mind about this sparkle phenomena of lighting regarding a video of a falling meteorite in Russia with “light” sparkles around the minute 1:16 and 1:26.

I remember I took some photos jumping star pretty similar as the video from the Russian meteorite, although it was just one …in fact it was the second time I saw it –a couple of weeks before.
The moment I saw it –this “jumping star” as I referred to it- I stay looking at it for a couple of minutes thinking it may be wise to take a photograph from it … although last time I went for the camera when I was ready to take it, it was not there anymore …and seconds later it appear what I think could be a falling meteorite or could it be an airplane ...(blurred line) because it does not appeared like that size it was growing? and went for the camera and managed to take this photos: (I still have the originals, should I send to sott mail? –weird thing is that the time -hour- does not correspond with the time when it was shot, must be some wrong with the camera)
In photo 52 appear the trail from the meteorite or an airplane and the “jumping star” –little cotton ball and in the 53 the “jumping star” –little cotton ball is not there anymore, both photos were taken at the same second.
There is also another “little cotton ball” -could that be the plain? at the head of blurred line. But I saw it until I zoomed the photograph. The trail reminded like that (same size) until it was dark.
The location was … how do you calculate the location? … to me it was more or less … more to the west from Naucalpan de Juarez from this map: (could it be more to the east if my camera does not cover such reach):
