Thanks for posting. Would that the conference subtitled in Spanish, because-and I do not detract from the work of translators and much less- sometimes cost me to keep up and I was left with the feeling that I missed several things. If translated would be perfect, because then I would not miss a word. Yes, it is a call for the translation! :P
Just watched it. Great lecture, and it helped that Ark had linked the lecture notes which I downloaded and read before. Thanks for making the video available and I can't wait for Laura's presentation and the Q & A. :)

I'm late as usual but I just want to say that the Conference was a great experience. Listening to Ark and Laura's lectures was very interesting.
Listening to Laura was like having her reading one of her own books to us, as the way her thought flows when she speaks seems to be very similar to her written words. As to Ark, as I had the opportunity to say to him, I was just humbled by his words and work. Sometimes I stand in awe of the amount of work these two have put together at the same time being such considerate human beings (maybe because it seems to me that in our world it is so rare to find people that accomplish so much and are still good decent people).
It was also a pleasure to meet the Dynamic Duo in person, as well as some forum members.
I experienced something very similar to what was already described here. I was very VERY nervous to go talk to them but in the end I was really glad that I surmounted that ingrained social fear and went ahead. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed eating lunch, hanging out a little bit and having a smoke with you!
All in all, a great learning experience. A warm hearted thank you to all involved for the hard work and excellent results.
And the Q&A section was indeed amusing!
I hope to be able to participate in the next ones.
