"Good luck finding anything in there that talks about how to torture or encourages abusing prisoners. I'm more of a leftist though I am a Soldier and I'll tell you right now, the Army isn't dumb enough to put ANYTHING along those lines into writing. Besides, the individuals who this document is oriented towards (the average Soldier) don't have anything to do with the prisoners where interrogation is concerned.
Download and save this document if you want but, there's no "smoking gun" contained herein."

I just had a quick glance over it, it feels more like a disinformation-document when one compares it to what others say about the conditions in Guantanmo facility.
The site _http://secure.wikileaks.org/ seems interesting though but I guess that it would be a bit naive to think that it will work as "intended".
edit: Maybe I should have written "leaked" in topic.
