Hmmm... I think in some cases (if not many) is central human perception on the work.
we think when we see something in the fauna that resembles our behavior, that this must be (in this case) empathy as we feel it, but is it really empathy?

let's look at one example in the video at 10:50 :
that must be a dog that saves an animal that was hit by a car, or not ?
another possibility is that this dog is very hungry and want something to eat !? you see ?

that should not mean that I deny the possibility of it, all I will say is that many things are not what we think it is because of our central human perception, that says it must be the way we think.
