JFK, again, there's a lot of truth in your criticisms of the video, but I think it's a case of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. The issue is that there are many sources with very good information (for different people at different levels) and there's not ONE that has the whole banana (including us -- that's why we're still searching, still seeking, and refining our knowledge as more data comes in). This includes Gurdjieff, Mouravieff, Castaneda, Lierre Kieth / Vegetarian Myth, Nora Gedgaudas / PBPM, LWB, etc. They all have things in their great sources of information / material that are "wrong" or incomplete or distorted.
For instance, Lierre Kieth also talks a lot about global warming in interviews and presentations. I cringe at those moments, but overall she's done such valuable research -- crucial, even -- and brings forth such important truths that it IS totally counter productive to throw out the baby with the bathwater. Same goes for all the other source mentioned above.
We all came from mixed sources to find this material and research network. While I myself was never into the New Age stuff, many came here through that muddle. I DID used to read Rense and What Really Happened (and _AntiWar.com) sometimes, for example, a couple of years before I ran into Cass and SOTT. I had weird / mixed feelings about them, but sometimes they had pretty good information -- for instance, they went further on many topics than other "alt news" sites like Counter Punch and The Nation, etc. Ultimately, I'm convinced their ALL part of the controlled opposition.
I never visited Project Camelot, but many people came here from there and other similar disinfo sites. I had the same feeling about Rense and What Really happened as what's been analyzed and discussed here about Project Camelot. They don't distinguish between quality of sources and information and just throw it all together -- I think Rense was the worst at this in those years, but still not as bad as Project Camelot is, it seems. THOSE disinfo sources also have murky / questionable backgrounds / connections, etc. Maybe the producers of this video will be found to have the same, I don't know, but at this point I don't have any reason to think so.
Another example is the Diet and Health related discussions here. How much have we learned in the last couple of years and changed our outlook? Were we actively disinfoming people? No. We just didn't know any better. There was a lot of research that had not been discovered yet and LOTS of experiences by LOTS of people that was missing. That's what's so great about this network: we keep improving our knowledge and networking and changing our minds / hypotheses, etc. as new data and experiences / experiments come into our awareness. FWIW.
