Looking for an article

A couple of years ago, I think there was a one day financial crime (involving crashing the financial markets or something like that?) that only lasted a couple of hours or something, where the perpetrators managed to get away and I think that was the last we heard of that. They briefly said whoever pulled it off had to have been really well connected or something like that. Was the year 2008? (Not referring to the well known global financial crisis though this incident might have been connected to that).

Anyways, this morning I think I saw an article on SOTT written by Kniall dealing with this subject. Unfortunately I can't seem to find it now.

Anybody have any idea where it might be?
