Lump in my neck

search the forum for "baking soda" or "sodium bicarbonate" and read the protocol - might be a good one for you to try.

Ok Thank you so much Laura. I'll have to pick up some baking soda at the store tomorrow. :)

An update about my bumpy friends!

Last week I couldn't speak to the doctor because he was not there (christmas). So I called the ''emergency doctor'' haha and she told me that it's just normal to have these bumps like you said Psyche. And she said that if they'd grew I should call again or if the pain comes back (because it stopped hurting as much as it did).

The bumps have become smaller now, but not completely gone. There is still a little pain in the ears, but only if I touch there. Hopefully the pain and the bumps will be gone in some weeks or maybe sooner.

What I also do before I go to bed is spraying some magnesium oil (Magnesium Chloride solution) on the bumpy areas. Perhaps that could help as well Deedlet and others.

Thank you Gonzo for the info. Truth seeker, that is an interesting thought!

Hello Everyone:

I need your help, see I got this Lipoma on the back of my neck did not have it before, I guess as I read this appear with age, I am 48 now, I've been doing a lot of researching and most of what I found recommend to go under surgery, but I don't have insurance at work, so my question is do you think if I start the Iodine protocol will it shrink?.

please any advise would be appreciate it...

You could try 50/50 DMSO/Lugol's Iodine topically after a hot pack and see what happens. I know it was effective to dissolve a chalazion (sebaceous cyst) on the eyelid. I don't know how effective it would be on a lipoma or how long it would take. How large is your lipoma, Xico? I think a topical treatment would be a pretty slow process, depending on size.

hello Lilou:

well it is about s small pin-pon ball, and it doesn't hurt at all, it is just ugly to see and embarrassing when people stare at you like you're some kind of monster.... :-[ , I've been doing some research and most of what i read claim that, I should cut fats intake, no alcohol, and should not be overweight.
see here is my problem: I been doing my Keto diet which consist on good fats a plenty and I don't drink like I used to not anymore, and I go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week for an hour.

Have you also tried going gluten free? I had one of these lipoma /sebaceous cysts in my neck. It was there for years, slowly getting bigger from peanut size to large cashew / small walnut size, and also starting to occasionally be slightly painful. Sometime after going on the gluten free / paleo diet, it just disappeared completely within a few weeks. Now there is no trace of it.

Hello Mal7:

yes I have, I cut most of my carb intake, and I try to stay under 72gr

I have a lump in my neck just below where my ear and jawbone meet. It was big enough that my doctor was concerned and ordered a cat scan, this was a couple of years ago. It does not hurt at all and I have had it for years. The doctor said that it was not cancerous but I cannot remember what he called it. Anyways, I have been on the iodine protocol for about a month. I noticed one day that the lump seemed smaller. I have been keeping an eye on it and it is almost gone! If I remember correctly, Iodine dissolves these lumps or cysts. This is not the only wonderful thing that I have experienced on the iodine!

That is encouraging news. After reading so many of Iodine's counter measures to what so many people have in the way of illnesses and other pathogens, I'm not surprised. Its great to hear stories such as you mentioned that may help others deal with their issues.

Hello xandra:

thank you for this great news!, as a matter of fact yesterday I received my Iodine and I have started my protocol, I hope this will help me get rid of this lipoma, it's quite enbarracing having this on my neck... :-[

Xico,
You are welcome. Besides taking it internally, I will paint it sometimes.
I have been meaning to paint it on a regular basis instead of sporadically
to see if it will speed it up. I hope this helps.
