Had seen this on RSOE EDIS web page, with a quake this size the damage would be (according to site)
The potential impact of the earthquake
Most buildings and their foundations are destroyed. Some bridges are destroyed. Dams are seriously damaged. Large landslides occur. Water is thrown on the banks of canals, rivers, lakes. The ground cracks in large areas. Railroad tracks are bent slightly.
Now I'm wondering if this has been cause by the HAARP or is this is a natural occurance

It has two engines, and both engines stop with functioning. It is possible that plain was too close to the filed of HAARP effect.

Dont want to interrupt your lerning process but haarp is for mind control of masses, not to make (create) earthquakes.
