Martin Armstrong - why promote a scammer?

@Kosma, you said this before:
@Harr077 he may publish a lot of good stuff, but that's only to increase website traffic and gain attention.
Why should SOTT not publish the good stuff from his website? It is not really an endorsement or promotion of his alleged forecast system.

SOTT also publishes articles from mainstream sources sometimes, even though we all disagree with a lot of what is published in the mainstream.

I'd like to attend one of his conferences. He also has online viewing of them. I think the next one is fairly soon and I think I'm traveling during it. I think he is legit and seeing the people there, etc would go a long way to settle questions about him.

I must admit that I am disappointed by the disregard for this issue and the continued publication of MA's materials, like the recent one:
Some people including myself tried to address this kind of thing years ago.

After more than six years dealing with Armstrong, my experience is that these things can't be stopped (however, Armstrong has recently become so toxic that I guess some of his business partners are taking severe hits by promoting him).

Now I do whatever else works.

Armstrong can't be stopped. That's the problem.

Just lately, I have trained AI bots Grok and Google AI to at least not spread false information copied from Armstrong's propaganda (marketing terms like "AI based" and "model"). This has an interesting side effect. The bots develop very precise language describing his behavior that helps me make my case!

I am not very far away from establishing incontrovertible evidence that Armstrong developed his business (after getting out of jail) with a criminal intent from the outset. I discovered this some years ago and this has been part of my social media messages.

But now the evidence is piling up. See: The History of Martin Armstrong's Socrates

This is still far from complete.

This argument misses a few important distinctions.
  1. The exclusive function of Armstrong's blog site is click bait: To lure suckers into his online shopping cart where he sells snake oil like conferences, seminars, subscriptions, books and reports costing hundreds and thousands.
  2. Armstrong is a well-known disinformation agent
If that's not enough, consider the fact that the contested article itself does not contain any research. It merely embeds a YouTube video with some opinion added. Why not publish the video here? This proves my point 1).

Armstrong is a criminal. It's fairly bankrupt to rely on a criminal to make a point.
