"Victoria Police say they have foiled an ISIS inspired terror attack on Christmas Day in the heart of Melbourne.

Terror plotters allegedly planned to attack Melbourne’s Flinders Street Station, Federation Square and St Paul’s Cathedral.

Heavily armed police raided homes across Melbourne’s north on Friday morning and made seven arrests."

I am given to believe that over 400 police were involved as they raided numerous properties in Melbourne.

Unless it is one of those plots where "interested parties" recruit, groom, arm, equip and nudge ahead vulnerable, disenfranchised and angry young people, like we have seen countless times happening in the US, only to then step in, sell out the patsies and high-five themselves about a "job well done". All in the name of fighting "radical islam".

Don't get me wrong, there are radicalized youths out there, but remember the "Gladio" scheme, the NATO staybehind army that bombed and terrorized Europe in the 70s and 80s, and everyone thought that it was the radical left?

I'm cautious at the moment about who done what and why, we'll see how this all unfolds. And maybe it's not either or, but both at the same time.

I will tend to agree with nicklebleu, the story smells fishy to me, i may be wrong but i think that this was indeed a controlled operation from the start to the end. Why now, in this time of the year, maybe because, you know for the sake of scaring and terrorizing the western folks just before Christmas in a Pavlovian style, to get them to remember why they need all these draconian laws TPTB are pushing each passing month or maybe it's kind of a response to the geopolitical situation in Sirya (the liberation of the eastern Aleppo and all that it implies) in coordination with other events that happened in the past few days, like the assassination of the russian ambassador to Turkey, the truck that ploughed into the german Christmas market, the gun fire close to an Islamic Institute in Zurich, all these events didn't happened by mistake, i think they were triggered by TPTB to scare the people even more, to distract the people from seeing the man behind the curtain, to push for more draconian laws, to convince the people that there needs to be made more "efforts" in fighting terrorism thus unleashing more war and chaos across the planet, you know the usual staff the psychopaths like to do. Just my 2 cents.
