Miguel Angel Sosa: Awakening Exercises: For Studens of the Fourth Way...

Has anyone read this book and do you have comments? I'm waiting on the Gnosis books to arrive and saw this while searching on Amazon.com for related books.

Note that I haven't read any Fourth Way books yet. My thinking was that after reading the Gnosis books, if I want to tackle this approach, then some book like that in the subject might be helpful.

Hi MrGullible,

I didn't read this book so I won't be able to give you any feedback about it.

However after reading the Gnosis book you might be interested in reading Ouspensky's "In Search Of The Miraculous". It is definitely an essential book as far as 4th way teaching is concerned.

I read the book and I have been with Mr. Miguel Angel Sosa C at his house in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, México.
He is an honest man and has a very welcoming family.
The process that I lived in his hand was a wonderful one and thoroughly directed to experiencing the states of being awake and being asleep.
The exercises which he never claimed as belonging to him, are really excellent in providing the help to return over and over to self-observation and in due time to Self-Remembering.

For my perspective it is a fantastic introductory book to Mr. Gurdjieff and Mr. Ouspensky's teachings.

I feel obliged towards Mr. Miguel Angel Sosa for his teachings, because thanks to them, my life change for the good. My wife is very thankful for that too!

Attentively,
Legna Leugim
