Here's a film I caught last night. Despite it's content, I think it portrays psychopathy/pathology rather well.
Mini, played by Nikki Reed, is enticed by first time thrills. Her relationship with her mother, portrayed by Carrie-Ann Moss, is rather tumultuous. She manages to draw her step-dad, played by Alec Baldwin, into a scheme to get rid of her, which attracts various upheavals in the process.
Nikki Reed has taken on quite similar roles in other films.

Synopsis: Desperate to be free from her drunken, unloving mother Diane, the beautiful, scheming young Mini seduces her stepfather Martin and soon convinces him to join her in a sadistic scheme to have Diane declared insane. But their conspiracy soon escalates to murder and when John Garson, a young detective starts investigating, Martin and Mini begin to turn on each other.
