'Missing 411', by David Paulides: Tracking unusual missing persons cases

David Paulides just did an update and analysis of Julian Sand's disappearance.

Wow.

He was missed - long search by 2 teams, and much later a small private group finds; boots, trekking poles, scattered bones, a 'pile' of dark winter clothes and his wallet (ID). On a rock in nearby trees, was his cell phone. His backpack and other tools were not found. Forensics of bones never revealed.

Stated, was that if the last (SAR's team) had gone another 600ft, Julian's items and remains (or Julian) would have been found. There was no indication of how SAR's could have missed him in a 4 month search.

Indications as was written, states that it is inconceivable that a person (or remains) could not be found up there within 5 months. Avalanches were mentioned, yet that does not appear to be the exact terrain nor was evidence for it (not hard to figure out where and how they run).

Dave gets into the obvious of having a personal locator, and I do not disagree. However, if it becomes a situation where there is a time-lock, or some other mechanism, guns and other things are not going to help - although that is besides his point and something not talked about as other background (hyperdimensional).

Very strange.

In the beginning of the show, Dave makes mention of big things being on the horizon, so keep an eye on his webpage. One of them seems to be taking place in March (dealing with Washington State Parks). The second thing seems to be happening in September 2026, with a group cruse to Alaska.

If we take a nonmaterial perspective, perhaps personal locators and guns might help as a reflection of the people's awareness, will, and refusal to be abducted. He has mentioned when he was in the wilderness with another person of experiencing the dome of silence, and they stopped and either got back to back or backs against a giant boulder with their guns drawn and ready. They waited until sound returned before they continued on.

@daddycat, yes, good point.

...and his wallet (ID).

Forgot to mention that in the first part of the case that Dave lays out, he mentions the SAR's teams, and that (perhaps due to Julian's notoriety) a special high-tech helicopter was brought in that could sniff - get this, a credit card emitting a signal. True or not, don't know, yet either it did not work or his wallet was not there for all that time.

This is a short documentary (43 minutes long) on the disappearance of Liam Toman in Quebec, Canada, in February, 2025. Also, near the end of this film, they highlight a similar disappearance of Ryan Shtuka in 2018 in British Columbia, Canada.

Liam Toman, 22, was on a ski trip with friends when he disappeared in February 2025. He was last seen on security camera footage near his hotel in Mont-Tremblant, Que. Toman’s family and friends are still searching for answers, facing a lack of clues. CBC’s the fifth estate, in collaboration with Radio-Canada’s Enquête, goes to Mont-Tremblant in search of answers.

After posting this story about Liam Toman, I saw two other stories of missing people from about 20 years ago. One is still missing, but the other was found dead under bizarre circumstances. These two short documentaries below are from the Fifth Estate program on CBC here in Canada. YouTube was coming up with more shows on missing people from the Fifth Estate and there are so many that it's crazy! I don't want to overload this thread with them all.
This one is on Dylan Koshman (20 minutes):

The second is about Joe Grozelle (41 Minutes):

This one is interesting.

Ret. Maj. Gen William Neil McCasland was one of Tom DeLonge's initial UFO "advisors". He's an avid hiker and seemingly disappeared without a trace last Friday. The FBI joined in on the search a day or two ago. From the sound of it there are no leads.

His wife writes:

"Neil McCasland has now been missing for one week. There has been no indication whatsoever of where he might be. There have been dozens of searchers on foot, both official and friends and neighbors of Neil's, who coordinate with the official sources. There have also been horseback searchers, drones with different capabilities, helicopters, three different types of search dogs, neighborhood canvassing and looking for Ring or wildlife videos. Organizations involved are Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) which is the lead organization, Albuquerque field office of the FBI, NM State Search and Rescue, Albuquerque Mountain Rescue, Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Albuquerque Police Department, and maybe others of which I am unaware. I am so grateful to one and all for their unflagging dedicated efforts and support."I would like to take this opportunity to dispel some of the misinformation circulating about Neil and his disappearance, mostly from uninformed media sources."1. The initial Silver Alert from BCSO mentioned medical conditions, which some have taken to mean Alzheimer's. Neil is at some risk, but not from dementia. He was not confused and disoriented."2. There was no concerning Friday-morning telephone call to a close relative. I have been in contact with all of his close relatives and some not-so-close ones. This is a complete fabrication.(I know what she's talking about as I found the article making those claims on FB. But it just didn't pass the smell test so I didn't share it. ~Joe)"3. It is true that when Neil was in the Air Force, he had access to home highly classified programs and information. He retired from the AF almost 13 years ago and has had only very commonly held clearances since. It seems quite unlikely that he was taken to extract very dated secrets from him."4. It is true that Neil had a brief association with the UFO community through Tom DeLonge, former frontman for Blink-182 and founder of the organization To The Stars. Neil worked with Tom for a bit shortly after his Air Force retirement as an unpaid (Neil's choice) consultant on military and technical/scientific matters to lend verisimilitude to Tom's fiction book and media activities. After the Russians hacked John Podesta's emails (see Neil's Wikipedia page), there was less contact with Tom and the community pushing for release of UFO information. This connection is not a reason for someone to abduct Neil. Neil does not have any special knowledge about the ET bodies and debris from the Roswell crash stored at Wright-Patt. Though at this point with absolutely no sign of him, maybe the best hypothesis is that aliens beamed him up to the mothership. However, no sightings of a mothership hovering above the Sandia Mountains have been reported."All the thoughts and prayers from around the country are much appreciated. I will update if/when any real information comes in."

FWIW,

This article is not about McCasland. But the context of his disappearance, a senior military-research figure connected to advanced aerospace technology and UAP-adjacent programs, frames a question that rarely gets asked in the West: What happens to scientists and military officials in other countries who work on, know about, or attempt to disclose advanced propulsion and aerospace research?

Q: (Gaby) Astrophysicist Carl Grillmair, Caltech’s Infrared Processing and Analysis Center principal investigator, was killed this month at his home by a gunman. Was this gunman indeed the reported suspect, Freddy Snyder?

A: Yes

Q: (Gaby) Was he, as the Cs last month described the killer of plasma physicist Nuno Loureiro, a “human agent of chaos”?

A: Yes

Q: (Gaby) Ultimately, why was Grillmair killed?

A: Getting too close to explosive revelations.
(Beau) Was Nancy Guthrie kidnapped?

A: Yes

Q: (Beau) If yes, was that done to send a message to Savannah Guthrie and other journalists not to investigate or interview Epstein survivors?

A: Yes

Q: (Beau) Is the FBI aware of who is involved in her kidnapping?

A: Yes

Q: (Mrs. Peel) Is she still alive?

A: No

Interesting that another "missing" person that mysteriously disappeared via kidnapping that has involved the FBI, signaled, according to the Cs, how dangerous it is to do anything to shed more light on the Epstein scandal - as it is so not your run of the mill scandal! And as further revealed in the session, the horror encased in it may be as much of a threat to the control system as any alien revelations or the plasma physics and other space tech discoveries that apparently are resulting in the disappearance/death of such scientists.

I've only watched the first minutes of Dave's episode (still catching up on several vids relating to current events), but he says right off the bat that he is positive that it was merely a thug who shot and killed Grillmair.

And now the Middle East is literally blowing up which may reveal even more high-tech weapons (and it appears Starlink has been subject to some already - who knows what else might occur spacewise?!) that the public has no knowledge of. All of this brings to mind one of the meanings of apocalypse I came across years ago - hidden truths revealed. And of course the control system, being the manifestation of darkest evil that it is, cannot withstand the light of exposure.

Things are getting real, real fast!

If it is a 'Missing411' case, that's not the pleasant thought she seems to hope it is.

Coulthart also did a video. He thinks McCasland knows a LOT:

(Joe) Has Trump drafted a speech about the reality of "aliens" to be delivered at the right time as claimed by his daughter-in-law?

A: Yes. Question is: will it be accurate? Trump will not be told the whole truth.

Could his disappearance be to prevent any resistance to Trump, his future inaccurate discloser speech. Eliminate those that will recognize the inaccuracy in Trump's speech and could potentially, with there vast knowledge of the alien dossier, counteract the ptb agenda.

Coulthart also did a video. He thinks McCasland knows a LOT:

Coulthart brings up a point that was interesting if almost missed. At around 9:20 he tells of McCasland giving briefings to Tom DeLong where it was said about alien presents on earth, that it sounds like competition between gods.

Murder under the guise of war breaks out after McCasland goes missing and the gods come back up:
A: More complex than your thinking allows. Remember the idea of national "gods" put forth in the OT [Old Testament]. There are protections and vulnerabilities unknown to you at present. This is a conflict that will reveal and teach many. Do not be disheartened.

Q: (L) Well, you know what that concept of "national gods" is, don't you?

McCasland goes missing in Albuquerque and according to the C's, underground bases factor. Seems like many conjunctions (the man, the place, emails, Podesta, UAP's and on and on). Yeah, he probably knows a lot. Which brings up:
{1995}
A: Examine. You must remember, different branches of your military services have underlying code mechanisms to determine their classification status for "secret" duty, including study of personnel, this is all very complex... Now, "U.S. Navy is status 2", which means among other things, that it is married to a class 2 "Cooperation Agency”, the O.N.I. All technical personnel are approached during their service, and asked to perform tasks for secret government. If they accept, they are "brought under classified management."

Q: (T): Whoa! (L) What was that class 2 term? Class 2 agency? (J) U.S. Navy is status 2.

A: No. Classified management. And it is O.N.I.

Paulides' body of work - if largely true and valid - should be praised highly and his naysayers should be virtually nonexistent?

David Paulides will be a speaker this year at the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Conference held in Gatlinburg, TN on July 27.
You might have had a correct instinctive foresight, a spot-on BLINK into the future two years ago, by deciding to NOT attend the conference.

Growing evidence on the net shows that Paulides:
1. was fired from the police for an intriguing reason.
2. systematically leaves out police-investigated facts from missing persons reports in order to present these cases as mystical and deliberately befuddling: "Missing-411" cases. Which brings profit, as selling mystery does, apparently. Gaining profit from creating books and movies about a carefully constructed case-body, where the only thing common is his several Missing-Critical-Facts that police investigations already presented and publicly available police cases contain.
3. See Paulides' recent controversial opinion cited about a very known international topic in Newsreal! VIDEOTIME 40:11 for context (actual 40:27)
4. This fact check from 8 months ago.
5. Paulides is was curiously famous of NOT giving his personal opinion about his Missing-411 case body - as a pro policeman / investigator - for a (by him) given reason, but also this factoid fits the Preserving Mystery At All Costs well. Since 'at all costs' means profit for ever.

Clue was in his last movie about Bigfoot, where Paulides admits a leading US BigFoot investigative organization does not like him & Co. at all. ""For some reason"" (c) Paulides National Park Service rangers also do not like him & Co. at all, which Paulides also admits on several occasions.

Specifically the deer hunters "Missing-411" case captured my attention, which also has a publicly available police investigation report, which gives the actual fact(s) that Paulides conveniently missed or deliberately left out from his books / movies. Is there a time difference? Between a Missing-411 book / movie publication date and the deer hunters' police investigation publication date? Did latter happen later containing updated info?: A simple comparison of the two reports is needed as well as personal time.

Not only a 'couple casually interested people on the net' find this curious, but researchers who also investigated the Missing-411 case body and "facts" Paulides presented in his work so far. So here are their references:
David Paulides - Inconvenient Facts and the Will to Believe
Why You Needn't Worry About the Missing 411
This one is more free-spirited [sic], but curiously strikes close to alien abductions, missing kids and Paulides' movie of same topic:

It had nothing to do with a blink or intuition. I couldn't get off work to attend, simple as that. Not sure about the rest of your post. Paulides' work is backed by considerable research and confirmed by the C's as a real phenomenon. Who cares that the San Jose police department fired him for using department resources to get celebrity autographs. That is a nothing burger and definitely doesn't negate all his work since then. His books aren't that well proofread, so what? He doesn't give his personal opinion on what happened to the people who disappear because there isn't any way to be 100% sure. He provides the data and lets people make their own opinions. He doesn't want to upset grieving families either. This whole post of yours is a confusing tact to take towards Paulides and his work.
