I was watching a UK tv show on Sunday 19/10/25 called ‘The Antiques Roadshow’ where someone presented a letter from Mohammad Ali for analysis and discussion.
Ali signed it off with a brief poem:
“Service to others is the rent we pay for our room in heaven.”(October 1984)
The lady who received the letter had reached out during desperate times for support. Ali also sent 7 autographs! He couldn’t send money so this was probably the next best thing!
