Molly Moo

Yesterday we lost our sweet Molly Moo. When my stepson came home from school, he found her on her bed. She was an old girl, but was a very gentle kind soul.

Molly found us about 7 months ago. We live in a rural area, and one day last October she was wondering around the back field behind our house. She was super skinny, dirty and very weak and wobbly. I took her to the vet and got her checked out. She had fleas and worms, and was about 15 pounds underweight. Her hips were also pretty bad, she had some pain.

We took her in and got her healthy again. She fit right in with our family and other dog. Always wanted to be in the same room with us, and she always had a smile on her face. We are missing her....so is my other dog. Even though she was only with us a short time, she sure touched our hearts. I am glad she found us and her last months were comfortable and happy for her. RIP Molly Moo..,you were a great dog

Hi Angela. You gave Molly Moo a loving home and in return it sounds like she gave back so much more. I`m so sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry for your loss as well Angela- she was lucky to have you look after her & nurse her back to health.
Take care :hug2:

You gave Molly Moo a good loving home during her last months. It sounds as she really loved to be with you and your family. It seems that family members coming from a hard past grow especially near to your heart and are very much missed when they pass on. I feel with you. Take care of yourself.

Sorry for your loss Angela.

Of all the "returns on your investments" I have ever seen on this 3D School of Hard Knocks planet, the returns (gifts) from giving
love, respect, help, and kindness to an animal of any kind, for however brief a time, are surely among the greatest.

I am sorry for your loss, Angela. You gave her a loving home for the rest of her life, even though it was a short time. And I am sure that she was very thankful to you, and your family, for that. It does leave a hole in our lives when we lose our 4-legged companions. They fill us with such joy.

May she rest in peace.

So sorry for your loss Angela. You did a wonderful kindness for Molly Moo and she repaid you with love and loyalty, it doesn't get much better than that with our 2D friends :hug2:

I'm sorry for your family's loss Angela. Your time spent with Molly Moo sounds like it was filled with love and compassion and a beautiful gift for all of you. May she rest in peace. :hug2:

I am so sorry to hear about Molly Moo. Remember the tail wags and kisses you have received from her. What love y'all gave her comes back to you 10 fold.

I'm sorry for your loss Angela. :flowers:

It's good to hear that Molly Moo found her way to your home for her final days though. I'm sure it made her passing much easier with loved ones around.

I agree with this and want to say that this is a very beautiful sentiment . I am sorry for your loss. I am sure she came into your life for a reason and thank you for sharing. Big hug to all. It is a huge gift to have any part of an animals life to be a part of yours. :flowers:
