If you have a few minutes you may find the story of Derek Paravicini interesting, how he does what he does considering his adversities. :cool2:

This is a 60 minutes piece sent to me. Of some of the things referred to him, this stood out amongst others;

Yes really amazing, looks like he use the music in hes life so naturally, like we need oxygen to breath.
He can't do anything else as we can breath only the same air with oxygen. Is hard to better explain what
I thought. :/

Thank you so much for this! Very interesting, gonna show it to my colleague at our music department.

Yeah, really makes one think of the amazing possibilities of our minds...and why many of us probably use only a fraction of it's potential.

Wow! Yes, absolutely amazing. I'd seen this years ago. It really DOES raise so many questions about the mind. Thanks for posting this! :)

Really amazing :thup:
Maybe this mind disorder open how to use some part of our mind. But he plays with such ease that i wondering wich one of us have mind disorder. It's amazing how he can remember music, it looks like like it always was in our brain and Derek knows how to use it. And interesting that he didn't remember time, maybe it just because the time doesn't exist as we measure it.

He is absolutely brilliant and his teacher is fantastic in that he nurtured his talent and showmanship by giving him opportunities to experience performing in front of an audience. :clap: The power of human mind is stunning.
