Southern Europe, Hungary, Romania, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina... a lot of cold air will arrive in the summer, which will be seen as an anomaly.
It will be strange in general because in early spring, a cold wave will hit Poland, tormenting us for two weeks.
When it ends, spring and early summer will be unpredictable, and we'll worry about the summer.
