The Living Force
From an old post of mine, November 2005:
/quote
Where I work.
A new boss dude was hired some time back.
People are now quitting work that have worked here for decades.
I mean worked here for decades.
Quitting over personal chemistry problems.
Simply amazing how one O.P. can disrupt an organization.

I am very professional with this fellow.
Must be very careful.
He is a shark working a crowded beach.
He is coldly calculating and what I call a blatent people user.
I have felt something strange in the way we make eye contact.
Besides, I just don't plain like the guy.
He can't touch me, and I must keep up my guard.
Update: August 2006...
Since November, this fellow has fired two(2) people where I thought firing would take an act of congress.
Good hardworking people, so I thought anyway.
They were good at their jobs, (a fact).
They didn't like their boss, (they spoke more colorfully of the boss than I do).
That little petty tyrant took these employees to the edge and they lost control.
They were fired for insubordination...
Life goes on, right?
Now, I get weird.
Yesterday, leaving work to go home, I was walking down the hallway, going by this fellow's office, his door was open, and I heard him on the phone saying to someone:
"You know these people have emotions. I feel them, and I know you can too."
What the hell was that?
What IS that supposed to mean?
What kind of conversation would prompt someone say that comment to another?
What am I to think?
If I never had heard of this O.P. schtuff, I would've just ignored those comments.
Blew them off...
But I know what I think I know, now.
Still researching, but I have my suspicions.
For me: Truth validates itself as events unfold.
What if...
What if these O.P.s know what they are, and they are organized?
And actively recruiting.?.?.?
Anyone else out there ever think this craziness?
I gotta reach out and see what y'all think about this.
I ask myself, "Am I just paranoid or are they really out there"?
