My poem about universal love

Hello Everyone,
I want to share with you a poem about love that I wrote. I'll post the original Polish version (with rhymes) and an English translation (AI-generated).

The inspiration was my favorite quote by Rumi:
"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it."

And Sadhguru:
"Love is not something you do. Love is something you are"

My poem:

Nie szukaj miłości

Nie szukaj miłości w obcych lustrach
Nie znajdziesz jej w rzeczach, słowach, nawet w ludziach
Miłość jest w tobie, jak w pąku kwiat
To w samym środku duszy ukryty skarb

Nie bój się miłości, nie odrzucaj jej
Nie stawiaj barier, nie zamykaj się
Miłość jak Ziemia nim wymyślono kraje
Nie stawia warunków, po prostu daje

Nie ograniczaj miłości, nie dziel jej
Nie wybieraj, kogo kochać, a kogo nie
Miłość jest tęczą, nie kolorami
To przepastny ocean, w którym pływamy

Miłość to wolność, by iść drogą swą
Miłość jest tym, co zostaje, gdy przestajesz się bać
Bo miłość to wybór, by się nią stać

English translation:

Do Not Seek Love

Do not seek love in foreign mirrors,
You won't find it in things, in words, not even in people.
Love is within you, like a flower in a bud —
A treasure hidden at the very center of your soul.

Do not fear love, do not push it away,
Do not raise barriers, do not shut yourself in.
Love is like the Earth before borders were drawn —
It sets no conditions, it simply gives.

Do not limit love, do not divide it,
Do not choose whom to love and whom not to.
Love is the rainbow, not its separate colors,
A boundless ocean in which we all swim.

Do not clutch at love, do not cling,
Do not envy, do not wound, do not demand.
Love is as generous as a spring of water —
It never begrudges its blessing upon what is.

Do not seek love — you yourself are love.
Love is the freedom to walk your own path.
Love is what remains when you cease to be afraid,
For love is the choice to become it.

A short note: I turned this into a country song sung by AI. However, after the recent session with the C’s, where it was stated that listening to electronic music (rather than music played on real instruments) is not good for our cells, I’ve started wondering whether I should publish it at all. To a large extent, I agree that people probably shouldn’t listen to AI-generated music. On the other hand, my intention was simply to use it as an appealing way to present my poetry. I’m not sure whether I should ask for your opinion on this here. Perhaps it would be better to start a separate thread - or simply trust the C’s and accept that, ultimately, AI-generated music may not be good for us, even if the lyrics carry a meaningful message. But the C's also said:

Q: (L) So people should be producing music on natural instruments. Is it really harmful?

A: Not severe unless overindulged.

(...)

Q: (L) Okay, our daily allotment...

A: A couple of hours if in good physical condition. Should be avoided by those who are ill.

Not an easy decision, right? You don't know who would listen to this and for how long... 😅 For now, I have decided not to publish it.

I hope you like the poem.
