My Posts Are Gone

Dear Mods:

I posted yesterday and went to the chat. Today I find that only 2 of my 10 posts remain. I don't understand, and am not able to go to the chat.

I understand there are threads that are "off-limits" -- are these indicated in some way?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'the chat'? To my knowledge, none of your posts have been removed, but I'll check the system to make sure. Could you be confusing this forum with another forum that you are posting on?

Update: no posts have been deleted from the forum in the last week, so your posts were not removed. I think you might be thinking of another forum since we don't have a 'chat' area.

Hi egypt,

You can also see all your posts by clicking on the "Profile > Summary" link at the top of the page and then then click "Show Post" in the left column under "Profile Info". That will show all your posts. :)

It is a bit confusing, but I was able to get back to the live chat. I used to be able to get a page (don't know where it is now) where there was a menu in the form of square blocks on the left. Choices included "forum" and "chat." The chat required 10 posts to join...

I'm not finding an option to log out of forum, either...

Sorry to be such a pain newbie, but I'll catch on.

There is no live chat on this forum. You seem to be confusing this forum with another forum.
