Mysterious underwater creatures more than 100 meters in length off the coast of

I was wondering if any natural underwater phenomenon could also create such shape ?
Like a shoal of fish ?

I don't think this would be an underwater creature. It looks more like an oil slick or some other form of pollution than a living creature to me. FWIW.
