Hey everyone.
I'm having a bit of a problem, and I think that it is some kind of exposure to EMF. Its the classic ear ringing. The thing is that it seems to hit me really hard when I'm at home, especially in my room when I'm trying to sleep. It is really hitting me hard. I'm going through some depression and stress at the moment, and this ringing seems to make it worse; I'll go to bed feeling pretty bad, wake up with my ears ringing like crazy, and feel totally apathetic and rubbish, worse than the night before. It seems to increase my negative feelings and thoughts.
However, the moment I leave the house it seems to die down, but when I come home it starts again, especially in my room.
It seems to build up the longer I am inside.
EE helps. It kind of dims it a bit, makes it harder to notice, but the source remains. If I don't do EE at all the ringing kicks my tail.
I turn off my router when I go to bed as well as all electronics in my room, and yet it still is the worse when I go to bed and when I wake up. If I go to bed late it is even worse. The more stressed or depressed I am the worse it is too. What's the deal?
I also notice it when I'm in the garden, but it isn't as intense.
My diet is okay, but not 100%. I still give in to sugar and carb cravings about every two-four weeks so I'm not doing it properly yet.
Thanks for reading. :)
