I love border collies too. Some pretty impressive tricks and very cute video--thanks for sharing!

Very intelligent dog! Beautiful also, smiles all the time, seems very happy doing tricks. I think this type of dog is happy when doing tricks.

My Collie is like that, he used to be a farm dog and I think he got some training when he was a puppy, but it didn't seem like it worked out because the farmer was giving him away, when we got him he had a rope tied around his neck and he was a bag of bones, the farmer said he didn't feed him in a few days more like a few months, I had just got a dog and didn't really want another one, but when I looked at him and the state he was in I had to take him, but he's very attentive he loves running around the back garden and is always looking you in the eye waiting for you to give him an order he's lovely.

I think border collies are so very smart! Just wanted to mention that I've read that border collies look those they are herding in the eye so as to intimidate them and get them to go in the direction they want them to go. So you better watch out!

Oh my goodness! I had trouble teaching my dog to sit!? :/

Hi,
don't worry my German shepherd was also good to gathering us in one place, however he would never jump over and obstacle of 1 foot. But a fence of 6 feet was piece of cake for him, provided a cat walked by.

:D Haha.. Yep a cat walking by is all you need.

My dog isn't a difficult dog, I just got him when he was an adult already (rescue) and he has old habit that have been really tough to break. He's previous owners didn't interact with him much, so for a lack of a better word I'm going to say he has no social skills. XD

I also read up on his bred, one of his bred traits is being proud and pretty much ignoring commands XD and they're not really recommended for first time dog owners - but lo and behold, he's my first Dog!

Of course being that he was my first dog, whenever he did something he wasn't suppose to, I just thought it was cute XD Soooo... now he rules my house.

Now I know better!
