Russian police arrested a woman working as a nanny on suspicion of murder after she was found parading around Moscow with the severed head of a child and threatening to blow herself up near a subway entrance on Monday.

A video published on YouTube, which has since been taken down, showed a woman wearing all black waving what appeared to be a child's head while shouting in Russian, "I'm a terrorist! I want your death!" and "Allahu Akbar" outside the Oktyabrskoe Pole Field station in northwest Moscow.

It took authorities more than an hour to detain the woman, who has been put in psychiatric care so physicians can evaluate her mental state, Moscow's Investigative Committee said in a statement.

CCTV footage published by Kremlin-sponsored Sputnik News showed police officers tackling the woman as what appeared to be the head fell to the ground and rolled away.

Warning: The footage below may be disturbing to some viewers.

A criminal investigation was launched after police responded to an apartment fire at Narodnoye Opolcheniye Street in Moscow and discovered the body of a 3- or 4-year-old child, which showed signs a violent death, the Investigative Committee said.

"According to preliminary information, the child's nanny, a citizen of one of the Central Asian states born in 1977, waited for the parents and older child to leave the flat, and then, for reasons not established, murdered the infant, set fire to the flat and fled the scene," the Investigative Committee said.

A law enforcement source identified the nanny as Gyulchekhra Bobokulova, a 38-year-old woman from Uzbekistan, according to Russia's Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper. LifeNews, a Russian tabloid known for digging up scoops because of its close ties with security services, reported that the victim was a 4-year-old girl named Nastya M, citing police.

Police first approached the woman at the entrance to the metro station to check her documents. At that point, she took the severed head out of her bag and began shouting that she would blow herself up, according to LifeNews.

Russia has long feared terrorist attacks at the hands of Islamic extremists operating in the Caucasus region of the country. President Vladimir Putin has said publicly that about 2,000 Russians as many as 7,000 people from former Soviet countries are believed to be fighting with ISIS in Syria and Iraq.

Earlier this month, Russia's state security service detained seven people in the country's Ural mountain region who were believed to be plotting to carry out terrorist attacks in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Ural region, The Associated Press reported.

I added the suggestion that she may very well be a victim of Greenbaum-type mind control technology. I mean, her crazy is a very specific type of crazy and it fits the agenda of the Western power elite very well.

I'd really like to know if she just went crazy or if she is indeed mind controlled.
That was pretty bleak to watch though

I read the article first on sputnik, to be honest my first reaction was utter skepticism(that the women in question is a terrorist), didn't took in consideration the possibility that she may be greenbaumed like suggested in the article posted on Sott.
Reminder to myself: use critical thinking, think with a hammer.

Agreed - one can't help but be suspicious particularly because those would be the exact phrases the west would expect to hear.

From the RT report i saw, the reporter got a lump in his throat when talking about the child, so it was clearly a traumatising event.

I guess we'll know more of the agenda once the story has gained more ground, and we can see how it's being positioned. For the moment the UK papers seem to be going for crazy-person, but then maybe it's more fuel for the 'muslims are violent' agenda. It will be hard for tptb to demonise Russia as anti-Muslim, what with the defence of Syria, the new big mosque, and so on.

Agreed :(

That it happened in Moscow is certainly no coincidence. Probably a twisted operation to influence the Russian population.

Unfortunately this could be a possibility. :(

Saw the crazy/sick video last night :( ...and I think too that she may Greenbaumed - it is definitely a specific type of crazy that fits the agenda of the system well...sigh!

I'm actually wondering if this is a case of a Greenbaumed subject "going off early", as was discussed in the C's sessions. The fact that she kept making references to having a bomb and that she was a suicide bomber makes me wonder if she was perhaps being set up for something bigger but got triggered early by something else. Maybe a plan for the upcoming Russian elections?

I was just thinking that, specially when the situation is just so utterly crazy, the fire and her words seem designed to sound crazy, almost to not make sense at all. From Spanish RT i saw that she was saying something along the lines of "i'm your suicide bomber, the world will end in a second, i will die in a second, im your death".

Which sounds almost coached to leave exactly that message on the public, i mean there was no ideology or anything behind it, just simple concepts being shouted while creating an extremely traumatizing image, like the perfect recipe for long lasting nightmare.

There are several interesting things about this horrendous incident. First, this article (in Russian) says that investigators are in contact with their colleagues from Uzbekistan in order to find out what happened to the woman there. Apparently the nanny left Russia in the end of December and returned from Uzbekistan a month later.

The parents of the butchered girl say that the nanny lived 3 years with them without incident. The article also says that the woman was clearly incoherent afterwards, as if on psychotropic drugs. So there is a good possibility for some sort of "going off".

Another possibility that was proposed by a ru.SOTT reader that it was an example of "running amok", which could fit, because Lifenews sources claimed that nanny got crazy after finding out about her husband's affair.

Amok originated from the Malay/Indonesian word mengamuk, which when roughly defined means “to make a furious and desperate charge”.[5] According to Malay/Indonesian culture, amok was rooted in a deep spiritual belief.[6] They believed that amok was caused by the hantu belian,[7] which was an evil tiger spirit that entered one’s body and caused the heinous act. As a result of the belief, those in Indonesian culture tolerated amok and dealt with the after-effects with no ill will towards the assailant.[8]

Although commonly used in a colloquial and less-violent sense, the phrase is particularly associated with a specific sociopathic culture-bound syndrome in Malaysian culture. In a typical case of running amok, an individual (often male), having shown no previous sign of anger or any inclination to violence, will acquire a weapon (traditionally a sword or dagger, but presently any of a variety of weapons) and in a sudden frenzy, will attempt to kill or seriously injure anyone he encounters and himself.[9] Amok typically takes place in a well populated or crowded area. Amok episodes of this kind normally end with the attacker being killed by bystanders or committing suicide, eliciting theories that amok may be a form of intentional suicide in cultures where suicide is heavily stigmatized.[10] Those who do not commit suicide and are not killed typically lose consciousness, and upon regaining consciousness, claim amnesia.

But it still doesn't negate the possibility of mind control, and actually supports it, even if mind control not by "humans". Also, the fact that she copied the ISIS pattern of cutting heads and then threatening with a bomb, kind of makes one think about it being fabricated by more "corporeal" sources.

In any case, Russian federal TV channels decided to ignore it completely. Peskov even issued a statement today (in Russian) that TV stations decided not to talk about their horror all by themselves and without "orders from Kremlin". According to Peskov, "often TV stations choose not to show particularly traumatizing events".

I guess this doesn't apply to US TV channels. ;)

But it also means that perhaps Russians smelled a rat and decided not to fall for it. Or it could me just that - that they didn't want to show the horror.

Oh, and the same reader also shared another event (in Russian) of "unprovoked violence" that happened in Ukraine today. 38 years old man was attacking people on the street and behaving abnormally. He was detained and doctors diagnosed an epileptic seizure. The problem is, that apparently he is working 8 years at one place, and people there say that he was completely healthy until now.

So perhaps something is in the air again?

The main focus has been on the Uzbekistan woman, walking around in a crowded area, yelling "Allahu Akbar" in Russian - while carrying the dismembered head of a small child. That in itself, is suspect? Also, why "in Russian dialect" instead of her own native language?

The "timing" of this event is also suspect, due to the march going on, in commemoration of Boris Nemtsov's assassination.

The Russian federal TV channel decision not to air the story, might have been "in RESPECT" for the innocent child and the Family? The woman was then placed in psychiatric care, which is another humane way of handling the situation. For how horrific this murder was, there is no way of knowing - if the woman herself - was set up in some way or drugged to commit these acts? At least, in psychiatric care, they may get some answers? If the same incident happened in the U.S., chances are - the out come would be very different.

As for U.S. channels, the story hit every major media network - some showing family pictures.

Well, as it turns out it was a no-event for Russians, and no one really paid attention to it. Nemtzov was not liked during his life, and even many of his opposition "buddies" turned away from him. It is only after his death that they tried to make a king out of the pawn. But Russians are not particularly impressed.

Yes, it seems so this way. It also seems that "respect" isn't in US media vocabulary.
