Researchers at the University of Washington are reporting that they have developed a supposedly non-invasive brain-to-brain interface procedure allowing the thoughts of one being (they've done this with rats as well) to command the actions of another.
Of course this piece is for us regular folks, we're meant to believe in these advancements & not radical ideas like secret governments with techno-wizardry far beyond "real life" or the movies. Check out the video.
