What Ra refers to as harvest is the transition to 4D for those who are ready, I think.

It also seems that 4D STS benefits more by having a lot of people on the planet to "feed" on the energy of negative emotions and such. They can probably also get a boost from billions of violent deaths as a kind of "harvest", I suppose.

Though it seems that 4D STS has no control over cataclysms, except by being partly responsible for the imbalance in 3D that then "attracts" the cataclysm.

Yes, it speaks of the soul and its next destiny in learning (a few to negative fourth density, a few more to positive fourth density and the vast majority to repeat third density).

It is the term harvest that always bothered me and that perhaps this term was used so that the simple word would convey a process, which in the physical implies destruction and treatment.
