with a bit of pep up this one could be a hit I guess.

especially at the beginning (the bass part) I thought :
"damnnn that one could be a hit, and it could be one of those songs that you can identify immediately in a matter of few
seconds becouse of the distinctive beginning of the song "

I need some good music on my mp3 player , is there a way to download them ?
 
Thank you for the encouragement, Pashalis and Lux. I kind of like this one myself. Sometimes I get to the end of the process and am not happy with the result, but not in this case. I also felt that the lyrics were closer to the idea of the Work than anything else I've done.

I agree that it would need a little pep up, as you say. I've been meaning to add my sax to it but it's hard to find an appropriate moment to do that kind of loud recording in the apartment. On this recording I only did the vocals. The guitar was done by a friend of mine on the other side of the country - we send the files via file sharing - and the rest of it I wrote on a computer program.

I am a musician but I don't do gigs anymore. I do the 9 to 5 gig now. But I keep music in my life by writing these songs. And since I discovered the work I've found something meaningful to write about. It's quite inspiring.

Someone once told me of a program that enables one to download songs from youtube, but I can't remember what it's called. Maybe someone else can help with that, or you could make a google search. I'm flattered that you would want to put my songs on your mp3 player. There are a couple of others in this section if you made a search for my posts, but they are also links to youtube.

If you really want them, you could always PM me your email address and I could send them that way. That is, if that is permitted. I know we are discouraged from sending PMs, and getting in direct contact, but I could promise not to discuss anything but music? :D But if a mod indicates that we should not, then we should not.
