As frequent listener, this is bad news, I really like the show, it occurs to me, could you record offline and then upload it?

We could, in theory, but we'd miss our Sunday slot and it would have to go out sometime later in the week. We'll consider this if anyone is interested but seems it might be easier to just wait till next week. We're also considering combining the Sat and Sun shows into one. Does that sound like a good idea?

Yes it does if the details of how it would go together can be worked out. Seems like it would have to be the same or similar subjects or there would be less time for differing subjects.

would that be you, Harrison and the rest of the host's I'd imagine it would be quite crowded not to mention the time difference's, but it could be good quite a carnival atmosphere, :D

Thanks for the information. I was becoming hysterical looking without finding it the program. Next week so!

yeah, maybe on a rotating basis, we'd have to work it out. As for topics, I think we'd have enough time to still cover the essential.

Less radio?
OK if it's good for you. You work so hard, and have so much to do...

But the shows are greatly appreciated here (all of them)
Last summer I had kind of a nervous breakdown during the Gaza massacre, and only got normal again after listening to all the shows. I was too messed up to really hear the words, but your voices comforted me enough to regain my sanity.

:flowers:

Well, we don't want anyone to be disappointed! Maybe we'll think it through some more. What do others think?

As a regular listener to all the shows, I would really miss the separate Sat and Sun shows if they were combined into one show. Just hearing all of your voices each week is a comfort for me too!

If it were me, I'd look at the listening statistics to see how well each show was doing in terms of getting listeners and chart it over time (hopefully the stats tools themselves would show a chart over time or give some kind of time-span data), while also comparing the two shows to see if one show appears to be drawing listeners away from the first (so comparing the charts over time and seeing if there's a dip that is created around the introduction of the second show that maintains over time) to see if combining the two shows makes sense in terms of conserving resources while maximizing audience reach--essentially using the data to determine how to best optimize resource usage to reach as many people as possible.
