This study was prepared by Norwegian researchers. It helps to document some of the extremely negative effects of the ongoing SAG (stratospheric aerosol geoengineering) and SRM (solar radiation management) programs.
Then it's supposed that there are now no more real “organic” sources for food. All would have been tainted with the toxic metals and chemicals being emitted by the global spray programs.
Some of these toxic elements have been identified in our food, others are likely as of yet unknown.

HAARP is mentioned in this way: "As an aerosol in the atmosphere this effect can be used to switch clouds on and off by applying electromagnetic fields as used by HAARP and ICECAT devices or other microwave radiating antenna systems by altering the crystalographic structure which is leading to free current turning the aerosol particle to an ion what instantly leads to the forming of a droplet in the cloud. "
Which would mean that electromagnetic fields from HAARP could be used to somehow alter the weather...
Anybody's got a clue about this one possibility, why not ?..
