Disgusting, and it lays bare the unassailable truth of the US government et al as a cabal of conscienceless psychos. This is their response to the liberation of Aleppo and a chance for peace for the people of Syria. Full on weapons for the terrorists that have been slaughtering them for 5 years.

They are so desperate... Do you think the possibility that they can use nuclear weapons on Syria?

A dirty bomb could be a possibility, though unlikely.

That would be pretty high profile and draw quite a lot of unwanted attention, thus "revealing the man behind the curtain".
Moreover, the ability for mainstream media to distract seems less effective lately (at least to a certain extent).
And finally, Russia is likely on guard.

Unfortunately desperation coupled with wishful thinking, more often than not, do not conform to logic and reality...
Wait & see.

PS. As a side note, I wonder to which extent the President Elect could overwrite such a waiver granted by the current "Lame Duck"? I am not really clear about which powers Trump is entitled in such a case.
